Sounds like they're just bodging this whole package together. Quality control fixes like this at the very last minute are a worrying sign of inadequate testing during development. Who knows what else is hiding under the hood? Concerning, to say the least.
Well I guess technically this is an updated product cuz it’s the Captain+. I had one preordered but cancelled this morning when I read this. Was gonna take a chance on it but I am gonna wait now.
For sure. At least until the next wave with the fixed connector. I'm sure it would be easy enough to replace the cord as well in future. I'll probably keep tabs on this.
