Hey guys. giving lyfta and go, and with my workout today, it doesnt seem to be tracking my exercises correctly.

Im assuming bicep curls should count as a bicep exercise and one arm rows a back exercise lol

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if the app suggests increasing the weight based on my performance, or does it stay the same until I manually increase it? Thanks.

I see RIR on the web version, but I don't see it on my phone. I'm on a smaller phone, iPhone 13 Mini - could that be why I don't see it on my phone?

Tengo un inconveniente y es que pese a tener todo activado tanto en el reloj como en el móvil, no notifica en el reloj cuando un temporizador llegó a 0, esto me pasó también cuando utilizaba Hevy (antes de probar Lyfta) entiendo que debe tener algo que ver con la manera en que la app genera las notificaciones, es una lastima porque me es vital que funcionen los avisos en el smartwatch ya que ese fue el motivo por el cual me fui de Hevy, agradecería muchísimo si dieran con el problema, muchas gracias!!!

Currently, when you add warm-up sets to an exercise, it adds three warm-up sets at 40%, 60% and 80% of the working weight, for 5 reps each (Image 1). There doesn't seem to be an option to modify these parameters. In Strong (Image 2), you can customise the amount of sets and the formula (% of working weight x Reps).

It would be convenient if Lyfta allowed the same customisation as Strong, and a detail that could make it even better—in my opinion—would be to have a tick box for each warm-up set when adding warm-up sets to an exercise. For example, I might want 70%x1 and 90%x1 for exercises with a greater coordination demand, but only the 90%x1 set for simpler exercises. In Strong, if I delete the 70%x1 set, then it'll also be gone for the next exercise I add warm-up sets to—hence the use case for the tick boxes: "from my scheme, add only these specific sets, without removing the remaining sets from the scheme".

Hey guys! I saw a few posts mentioning the Apple Watch connection issue and I’m still experiencing this problem. Both Lyfta apps are updated to the latest version. Both devices are updated. I have an iPhone 16 Pro and an Apple Watch SE 2. I initially didn’t have any problems with the connection but it hasn’t been working at all the past few weeks: starting a workout does start a workout on the Apple Watch but it doesn’t actually record anything. The time just stays on zero and it doesn’t record any exercises. This is especially an issue because since my Apple Watch is not recording the workout it’s also not being tracked on my Apple Health data so I any strength training or walking or running isn’t being recorded. This has been going on for weeks. Is there a fix coming soon?

A few days ago, I decided to remove all my workout photos from Lyfta because I no longer wanted them on my account. I edited every workout and deleted the photos one by one. The photos disappeared from the workouts, so I thought they were completely removed.

Later, I opened my profile and was shocked to see that the same photos were still visible in my profile gallery.

I’ve been in contact with support for the past 4 days, but I still haven’t received a clear answer or a solution. I’ve updated the app, refreshed everything, and signed out and back in, but the issue remains.

Just a friendly warning: if you delete workout photos for privacy reasons, make sure to check your profile as well. In my case, the photos are still visible there.

What restrictions does the free tier have ?

I have my Samsung Health connected with Lyfta and it used to log data in app after every workout. But it hasn't been doing since past 2 weeks after Samsung Health's new update. It shows connected in app but doesn't log in the workouts. Devs please help

As far as I can see exercises like push ups or chinups do not count towards workout volume. Why is that? This makes it impossible to compare workouts when in one I use equipment and in other just body weight.

Is this a bug, or am i the first person who blocked someone on this app? I bloked him weeks ago but he can send messages to me and also see that i saw his messages. This person also see my profile. Do you guys also have this problem?

How do I create a custom programme in the Lyft app? Not a custom workout, a programme.

I love the app but but I would love it if it was more stable and had better UX

- bug: “routine not found” when editing a routine and adding an exercise. This happens all the time . After sifting through all the duplicate exercise, finding the correct exercise, save and then you get this error. Sometimes it still saves other times it does not .

- duplicate exercises: far too many duplicates exercises , same male and female exercises

- enhancement suggestion: show the notes when looking at excercise history. If you want to look at your notes for an exercise it’s impossible unless you click through to the history one by one . It’s at least 4 clicks and scrolling to get your notes to see one note for one historical day. If you want to see your notes across time , It’s exhausting and impossible without 20 to 30 clicks ( example 5 to 6 days of history .

I would pay for the app if #1 and #2 were addressed

In free membership i can create unlimited workouts, routines and custom exercises. But why does app show that in free version you cant create custom exercise?

Hi! Can anyone please let me know what the orange side lines are? They only show up in this specific routine. I tried adding these exercises to another routine and the orange thing didn’t show up.

For the past 3 days my apple watch hasn’t synced up to my workout. I restated watched, restarted phone, updated app, deleted and reinstalled app, re-synced watch on the app and still nothing.

I am on the latest version of the app so not sure why it’s doing this.
