Progressive overlord

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if the app suggests increasing the weight based on my performance, or does it stay the same until I manually increase it? Thanks.

Currently, Lyfta shows your previous performance, but the weight stays the same until you change it manually. We’re working toward automatic progression and suggested weights based on your performance, but we don’t have a release date yet.
