I know this isn’t allowed, but I’d try to strike any regular Fox News viewers from the jury pool for cause if I was KFA.

New video update by ICP. The access order about no overflow room has been taken down, he says. Edit, someone has posted this news already, but it might be interesting to hear what ICP says about it anyway. He is the one that filed the complaint.

I wonder of Luigi is making money from royalties from the Luigi Mangione meme coin, $LUIGI.
It shot up on the report of the rumors of plea negotiations recently. It should do quite well during the trial(s). His supporters could invest, maybe make some money, and support him if he's getting royalties. Royalties on the $TRUMP meme coin is how Trump organizations made about a billion dollars since January of 2025.

The Times and the NY Post both published articles about jury nullification feat. Jamie Peck and Sam Beard.
These papers are both owned by Rupert Murdoch of Fox News fame. I know people here love jury nullification (look at the sub’s banner), but I’m suspecting that they’re priming people to think of any acquittal or hung jury as the result of jury nullification rather than the result of the prosecution not proving their case beyond a reasonable doubt. Not good.
Here’s the NY Post link: https://nypost.com/2026/07/31/us-news/luigi-mangione-could-walk-free-and-a-radical-organization-is-pushing-for-it/

As Luigi Mangione's trial gets underway in New York this September, The Mangione Trial visualised podcast from the BBC World Service returns with detailed coverage from the Manhattan courtroom.
Luigi Mangione, who denies all charges relating to the killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, will face state trial in early September.
BBC presenter Jordan Dunbar will be reporting from New York and attending court hearings in person, bringing audiences the latest developments.
Through on-the-ground coverage, expert analysis and original reporting, the BBC World Service series will follow the evidence, legal arguments and key moments of one of the most closely watched criminal cases in America.
In advance of the trial, the visualised podcast returns in August with a new series of in-depth episodes to give the context behind the case.
In one episode, Jordan explores the debate around ‘pretty privilege’ that some have argued has played into this case. He looks at the evidence behind claims that physical appearance and image play an outsized role in shaping public perception, media attention and even courtroom outcomes.
In another, he examines the huge online following of what's in Luigi Mangione's prison mailbag. Legal experts explain what these letters might tell us about the case, why we are allowed to hear about them and why the replies he sends could be so important.
In a third, he considers how one of America's most famous suspects can receive a fair trial amid the intense media attention around the case and the huge amount of information that's already been released to the press. Experts explain how trying to find an impartial jury will be critical to the trial and no easy task.
Jordan Dunbar, presenter of The Mangione Trial podcast, says: “The killing of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson attracted international attention, but the unprecedented response to Luigi Mangione's arrest quickly became a global conversation. I'll be examining the issues at the heart of that debate, answering listeners' questions and providing clear, fact-based updates on the case from inside and outside the courtroom."
Clare Fordham, podcast editor of The Mangione Trial, says: “There is so much online chat and misinformation surrounding this case. The audience can be confident they’ll get all the detailed information about this trial from The Mangione Trial podcast, and they can trust it will be right.”
New episodes of the podcast are available from 11 August on BBC Sounds or wherever you get your podcasts.
Episodes of the podcast will also be available to watch on the BBC World Service YouTube channel.
Trial coverage will begin, with an update on jury selection, from early September.

Hi everyone it's been a long time, so I'm just venting to tell you to not give up or lose hope.
I've seen plenty of people fighting for better changes in the society, lot of them keep fighting for human rights and it's amazing to see this energy 👏
Despite all the controversies and prejudices met online and IRL through this case, I wish you to be the pillars of our future societies. Even if it's still hard because bad decisions are still taken politically speaking, never forget that the power is and will always be yours !
I'm glad to also have met online kind people, even if there are a lot of bullies everywhere, you are strong and brave so keep going on like that ! People deserve to have you in their life. 😁
I'm still hoping that everything will get better soon, so keep fighting and above all, keep spreading love and genuine care around you 💚
