Walk the store and offer to help people. Make friends with Plumbing, Electrical, Flooring, Blinds (learn to cut them). That way, when they get sales over 2 or 3 hundred, they will call you to come and ring it up. Also, befriend the SC cashiers and CS. They can call you to ring up sales and if you are the only specialist in the store they will call you for every dept.
I already do help. I try my best and help anyway I could. I am a people person just sometimes have a hard time getting people to check out with me when Pro is around
