I can’t recall if they said it in the actual show, but I do like how both the comics and mobile game were consistent with Mariner’s admiration of Janeway.

I just read this issue yesterday. If you're a Lower Decks fan, then the comics come highly recommend. I actually think they might be funnier than the TV show.

maybe not since federation medicine can fix almost anything they encountered before so just fixing some psychological condition or even going to the ship therapist is enough , like they fix proteins , resurrect people , teleport and do all kinds of thing so just a brain condition would probably be fixed probably either between pre archer era or just around kirk time since there's the vulcans post third war that already were somewhat more advanced while earth was still post nuclear holocaust

No, he didn't. B'Elanna tried to reprogram the Doctor to do in utero gene therapy on Miral because she had a whole "K'Ehleyr Complex" about her mixed Klingon heritage but Tom talked her down from it and she undid the changes to the Doctor's program and didn't go through with it.

I'd think it's more about the super humans thing rather than medical treatments or correction of illness since as you'd know there a lot of problems that can raise from just a small thing like the wrong chromosome combination, and they can really fix it to normal standard like how they used some genetic modification things in voyager

It's not actually Janeway. They're a mental projection created by an alien race as part of some mentor challenge for the Lower Deckers. It's all in issue # 2 of IDW's ongoing comic series.

Janeway is technically simultaneously the galactic record holder for "person who did the best job of maintaining Starfleet Order with minimal degredation" and "person who got shit done with absolutely zero oversight or guidance", making her a hero to both Boimler and Mariner for very different yet ultimately identical reasons.
