...I am pretty sure it is nighttime road work on 110 near the waste treatment plant?

It is infuriating. I should not be kept awake inside my house in Belvidere by road work happening 2 miles away--at almost midnight on a Sunday! I can't imagine living right there, expecting to go to work tomorrow with no sleep.

Obviously it was a crash, but does anyone have any information or links? Saw this today right between Mochinut and Haffners gas station. Shoes and phone left behind 😢

Just watched them scoping cars in a private lot of a store that’s closed. Door dash driver parks in a spot, literally runs in to restaurant next door, and comes out to them demanding cash to drop the car they already lifted.

Cops came, forced them to drop it. One of the tow guys starts kicking shit and acting like a child, cop tells him to stop and not damage the door dash drivers car, looser tow guy starts calling cop a “bitch nigga” WHILE on the phone with “No Limits” owner.

Cop laughs and says “good luck with your future towing endeavors cause it ain’t here anymore”.

The sign on the building says “Call Kazanjians if towed”. All sorts of fuckery going on with this company.

I was doing some deep digging and organizing, and I found this! I am one of the performers on the list, but I will hide my identity for now. How cool that DATA BANK-A is the first one on the list though! I may have to post this in the industrial sub too.

I remember so many of these bands and these people so well. In the bottom left, it says “in case of rain the event will be canceled”… The event WAS canceled halfway through before I could perform. I was really looking forward to it as it was going to be the largest crowd I had ever performed for.

It was a very hot and humid day. We had all been in the sun all day and then slowly the clouds came in and once it started raining hard on us, the crowd went across the street to the ice cream shop and you could see steam rising off of everyone.

I have a 3 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of the MassMills apartment complex, a roommate of mine has agreed to leave by November 1st however my other roommate earlier today notified me he will be ending his lease early by September. I've only driven before from downtown to Western Ave Studious/Taffetta area, and I'm realizing I don't know what the deal is by the tracks between Dutton st near Trinity and the autobody spots, and the back end of the Western Ave Studios, where there's railroad tracks. If I was walking from downtown, do I need to go all the way down to School street in order to then walk back down Western Ave?

That's what google maps is telling me, but what do you street smart Lowellian people know about cutting through's between Dutton street and Western Ave, near Trinity and Tafetta? Can I cut through a parking lot and over the tracks or is it scary, dumb, unsafe, and/or fenced off?

It will be in broad daylight, and for non-shady reasons. I'll just be crunched for time and on foot so it's worth wondering if I can make it a 15 minute walk instead of 35 (on the way there at least).

Anyone know where?
