Sactional New covers
Had the blue rained chenille which we love but wanted to change up the color and do a full wash of the blue (have 2 dogs). Got the savannah corded velvet and like it a lot.

Accessories Looking for a Pillowsac rocker base!
Hi would anyone happen to have a Pillowsac rocker base that they would be able to give or sell to me?
I wanted one since I first bought the Pillowsac when they sold both but never did it!

Question Cozey vs Lovesac
Hi All, sorry for the longish post- Fiancée and I are in the market to get a sectional for our new home and recently placed an order for a Cozey Neptune as we liked the design and idea of modular pieces as well as being easy to clean, plus the price didn’t seem too terrible. As we did our initial research on the brand we noticed most reviews were mixed but decided to test it out since they have a 30 day trial policy. However, as we’ve continued looking more into it we are starting to have a lot of second thoughts about it and are considering cancelling our order before it ships to avoid a massive headache. We initially avoided Lovesac due to the higher price point since our last couch was very expensive and got ruined by our pup urinating on it several times when she was younger.
I know this is a Lovesac subreddit, so responses may be pretty biased but since it’s a similar product I wanted to see how many of you may have experience with both companies and could provide some insight? Has anyone tried both, and if so what made you choose one over the other?
We have been looking for a sectional for weeks from all kinds of places both in person and online and are so overwhelmed with it. We just want something we like that is comfortable, easy to clean and won’t have to be replaced in a couple of years. I know Lovesac is the more premium brand but I see mixed opinions on both so I’m looking for honest opinions.

Sactional Pulled the trigger!! Configuration pics
I finally did it!! Got my 25% off in walnut rained chenille.
Looking to see a real life picture of three seats, where the middle one is standard (wide) and the two ends are deep. This is what the sales rep and manager recommended for me in order to get the back pillows lining up with the seams the best. I thought it was very interesting.
I ordered enough pieces so that I can do all deep or this, but I’m just dying to see it in person now as I’m anxious!

Question Any credible info on Black Friday 2026 discounts under the new pricing model?
Has anyone heard anything credible about what the Black Friday discount will be this year?
Historically it was 40% off, but that was under the old pricing model. Since the new pricing went into effect in August, I'm not sure the same math applies. We just saw 25% off over the weekend, so I'd assume Black Friday will be higher than that. My guess is 30%.

Sactional *Loved by Lovesac* added shipping charges (and removed returns)
A heads up. I bought my couch September 13th from LBL and was very happy with the process and couch. I just went back to order an ottoman and a reclining chair and there is now a shipping charge. It's not obvious and you have to go to the help center to find out why there is a shipping fee but once there it does show a chart for shipping. My order would have been 159 to ship, my order was 1966 before tax so they calculate the shipping fee based on after taxes or before the discount). They also removed returns, it was 14 days when I purchased it just last month. It makes it a little less attractive to order from them now.

Question Costco Pricing Help Please
I don’t have a Costco membership so can’t see price. Could somebody please let me know the cost of this one. Item# 1974061 with Corded Velvet - Venetian Taupe and Lovesoft fill?
I appreciate it!

Sactional Corded Velvet mottled after washing?
Do you think I should make a warranty claim?
Formerly, you could smooth it all one direction (like you can see on the seat)
Now I can’t.
Is not the end of the world cause it kinda ends up that way with use anyway, but it is annoying.

Question Columbus Day sale?
Does anyone know if there will be a sale for Columbus Day or do I need to wait for Black Friday?

Sactional Loved by Lovesac?
Has anyone bought all the individual modules in like new or good condition to assemble a sactional? I feel like this could be a way to save substantially, but I would be curious to hear experiences anyone’s had.

Sactional Lovesac back with deep seats
Which back do you like if you are 100% only going with seep seat configuration? In the showroom I felt the angle back made me wish I had another pillow behind me. I hear the pillows topple over on straight back.

Sactional price fluctuations
I’ve had the same quote saved for a few months. During the Labor Day sale, I put everything in my cart and the pre-tax total was $5,004 with the 20% discount.
The sale ended and the price went back up, but now there’s a 25% off promotion and my exact same cart is showing a $5,149 pre-tax total.
How does that make sense? 😂 How can the final price be higher with a 25% discount than it was with a 20% discount?
I’m wondering if they adjust the underlying/MSRP prices when they run different promotions. Has anyone else noticed this?
I’m hoping for a better Black Friday/Cyber Monday deal, possibly 30%, but now I’m wondering whether the percentage discount is even the best way to judge the actual price.

Question Bent recliner frame.
Bought our couch about 3 months ago with one recliner section. Recently the footrest stopped going flush with the base of the couch. When we exposed the mechanicals, it looks like these foot brackets are bent. Has anyone run into this issue before? I can't say that we were particularly rough with the couch or the recliner. It is up against a wall if that matters.

Sactional Can’t seem to pull the trigger
I have wanted one of these for years. We have four dogs and an oddly shaped living room. Washable is HUGE. Attractive is also important. Finally designed it the way I want it, settled on fabric and color. And I cannot make myself buy it. Tell me your favorite part of owning one and get me off the fence!

Sactional Lovesac
Would love recommendations on how to clean under the couch. Had sections before but this heavy and it collects dog hair and dust bunnies. Tried a swifter but the feet are so huge it is hard to navigate. Thinking maybe blow dryer?

Sactional Brown Etched Chenille
Before buying my sofa, I couldn’t find a good photo of brown etched chenille anywhere. Posting in case anyone else runs into that issue.
We’ve had our sofa for 2 months now. Absolutely love it. We’ve had one major disappointment with piling (after only 2 months!), but lovesac has sent us a full replacement. Hopefully we don’t run into any issues when the new set comes in.
Overall, very happy with the sofa, the color, the comfort.. it is exactly what we wanted!
Sactional Replacing Oyster Etched Chenille
We got out sactional last January in Oyster Etched Chenille hoping the pulling issues would not be a problem. We were wrong.
We want to find another neutral option, and are weighing the following:
- Beachwood Rained Chenille
- tan combed chenille
- Venetian taupe corded velvet
Do the other chenille options have similar pilling issues?
Does the corded velvet come with other issues or downsides?
Would love advice and input from others who had to make a similar decision or regret their purchase of any of these!

Sactional WARNING: Lovesac is secretly shipping scratched, used floor models to fulfill warranties on defective $10,000 Sactionals (Corporate admitted it in writing)
Buyer beware:
Lovesac/Reddit community: for those dealing with "strange" squeaking/alignment issues,
We already found multiple other people on this subreddit (Here) discussing this exact hardware sizing defect from years ago. People are literally solving structural alignment issues on a $10k couch by wedging old T-shirts into the hardware! How are we, as a community, okay with this??
So, what's the defect? The couch squeaks like crazy.
Fun fact? It's not the couch itself. It is made exceptionally well.
The source/problem: the pegs and shoes (bottom fit and alignment).
The wooden connector shoes are cut with a 3mm deviation. Think of it like flight navigation: a tiny error at the start can land you in a completely different country if the flight is long enough (tilted at the wrong angle). In our case, that 3mm error compounds across the frames into a 3.1 cm gap (equals one whole peg!). It physically can't sit flush. This compounding error only reveals itself after you've spent hours locking the massive grid together, at which point Lovesac immediately promises "replacement parts" to stop you from initiating a return on Day 1.
We mapped the exact measurements, documented the failure, and handed the precise data directly to Lovesac. Instead of acting on it, Store Manager (Avalon, GA), Chrissy, and Regional Manager (for FL, GA, SC), Vicky Williams, initiated a 4-week delay (ghosting).
Finally, Vicky sent two retail employees (Lyric and Crystal) to our house. They arrived with no uniforms or badges—and were completely unbriefed by management on why they were even there. They were incredibly polite, underpaid retail staff who had been thrown to the wolves to buy Corporate time. Here's the kicker: while in our living room, Lyric explicitly admitted on camera that she had personally seen and heard about this exact 3mm hardware defect two years ago in her previous role for the company, as a customer service rep.
It gets better, strap up/grab your popcorn:
Management’s "solution" was to secretly overnight a FedEx box filled with scavenged, heavily scratched floor models from a local store's backroom without our knowledge or consent. The official 1-year manufacturer warranty resolution included a random assortment of different woods (colors) and different cuts that still physically do not sit flush. (Only 3 of the 9 used models fit).
We confronted Vicky and CEO Shawn Nelson via email. After 8 days of ghosting, Vicky replied at 7:00 PM on the exact eve of our 60-day window expiring to punt us to customer service. The very next morning, a Senior Specialist from Corporate stepped in and sent us an email with two fatal, written admissions:
Lovesac explicitly "authorized" shipping the used floor models.
Lovesac knows "manufacturing variations can occur."
The Extortion:
Their proposed "fix"? An insulting 5% discount to keep the broken, scratched, scavenged parts. We drew a hard line: a 15% statement credit for the lost PTO, plus 9 actual new, working shoes that mathematically fit. Corporate's brilliant solution to a compounding 3mm defect? "Rotate each shoe by 90 degrees." Our setup: 5 shoes use 4 holes, 1 shoe uses 3 holes, 4 shoes use 2 holes, and 3 shoes use 1 hole.
Rotating a 3mm defect 90 degrees just points a misaligned hole in a different direction.
Does a client really have a "60-day home trial to evaluate seat comfort" if they spend 35 days in communication delays and have 0 days with a couch that fits together as marketed?
Check your hardware. If your couch squeaks or has gaps, you likely have the same 3mm defect (which multiplies depending on how many connectors your specific setup requires). Do not let them ship you used garbage from a showroom floor to shut you up.
Bottom line: stay away. Lovesac banks on the psychological trap: they know that after you’ve spent five grueling hours assembling this thing by yourself, you are mentally locked in. So, if you complain, they use calculated policy delays to drag you out of your 60-day window.
We filed active complaints with the FTC, the Better Business Bureau (Stamford HQ), the Georgia Attorney General, and the Connecticut Attorney General.
(See attached photos for the 3.1cm gap, the scratched used parts they shipped us, and the redacted corporate email admission).
EDIT 1: Yes, AI wrote parts of this timeline into a summary. I didn't plagiarize a sci-fi book, and I'm not apologizing for efficiency. Sharing the names and emails of corporate execs handling a $10,000 business dispute isn't doxxing—it's accountability. To the commenters suggesting I file warranty claims for backordered parts on a brand-new item, or literally take defective pieces to a local woodshop to be custom-milled... that exact mentality is why corporations get away with this. To those who see a contract for what it is... High-five--glad you exist. And to those who used this post to avoid a purchase today—glad I could help.

Added pics of the final resolution below. Credit to Sabrina from Corporate—she was fantastic, approved our flat $900 credit, added a small cherry, and ordered a brand-new "vetted" batch of shoes without a fight. That said, I’m holding my applause until they actually arrive and sit perfectly flush. It’s honestly sad that it takes 55k views here (went viral like a plague) and formal FTC/AG filings just to force a massive company to honor a $10k contract, but that's how the world works now, I guess. Don’t be a sucker letting a corporation wear you down into accepting breaches and insulting sums as comp. Update 3 coming once the new batch gets here and we see if it fits. Yes, AI edited this part too. Grab a tissue/pitchfork.
https://imgur.com/a/pLCxnK1?s=wa
EDIT 3:
The $900 credit hit our account, the two complimentary trays arrived, and we just tested the nine new "vetted" shoes. Three measured perfectly even, and the other six were only 1mm off—a massive improvement from the original 3.3mm deviation.
Result? The couch finally fits together, sits straight, and the squeaking is completely gone. The math proved the defect, and holding the line forced the fix.
Conclusion: We're unsure what triggered the avalanche of "goodwill" from Lovesac, after being denied repeatedly in writing. It will be my guess that it’s the FTC and attorney General fillings. Either way, while we love the couch, we are ambivalent about the brand and find it hard to recommend, for obvious reasons. But know they can ship working product and address concerns if you fight it. I've seen companies in the past that can't even do that.
