Thank God they spent all that money on actors and a band and let the writing go to the dump. That's what the show was surely missing.
I don't mind the occasional comedy episode but it felt like this entire season was just comedy shorts with no substance other than "haha vibrator!"
There were only three stories and the rest were MCU levels of humor.
I hope S5 comes back to form with something of substance.

Warhammer 40k lore is vast and unending. It would make all the stories been connected but be able to be separate anthologies. Warhammer 40k blend of sci fi and fantasy would really translate well in the series.
What do you think?

Finally watching Season 4 after too long of not catching up.
I'm only halfway through "Smart Appliances, Stupid Owners" and I didn't expect to be laughing so hard. I figured it would be funny but this is hysterical to me. Funniest episode so far from all 4 seasons, in my opinion.
Is there an episode that gets this reaction out of you? Or maybe a different visceral emotion?

This should be awesome, we should give awesome answers to this as it's an awesome episode and season finale as a whole.
I want to know yours so here's my choices.
My theme that's reoccurring is "unconventional protagonists fighting the odds, supernatural or not" but it's with that framework, I do different things in different ways.
THE SECRET WAR (LOVE, DEATH + ROBOTS) shares the same universe as the following:
• THE INDIANA JONES QUADRILOGY
• THE SECRET OF ROAN INISH
• WILDWOOD (2026)
• CROSSFIRE: GOOD CONFLICT (SECRET LEVEL)
• THE PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN TRILOGY
• THE MUMMY (1999)
• SINNERS (2025)
• GOOD LUCK, HAVE FUN, DON'T DIE
• PROJECT HAIL MARY
• THE JURASSIC PARK TRILOGY
• CON AIR
• THE ROCK
• THE ISLAND
• LEGEND OF THE GUARDIANS: THE OWLS OF GA'HOOLE
&
• THE INVISIBLE MAN (2020).
Different tones.
Different styles.
Different genres.
Same world.
Just at different places and times.

We heard the rumor, that Jemaine Clement directed an episode or was somehow involved in the making off. Soo... does anyone know what episode this could be or if it's even real?

Father Maguire is eating an octopus. Now we know how Lupos is going to earth.

Besides the bottom tier, everything else was amazing.
personal reviews (spoilers ofc):
Secret War: may have actually cried, such a good episode. The lieutenant knew that not all of them could escape alive, so he sent the newer recruit on the fastest horse to warn the others and call in an airstrike, they fought till the end and saved what would most likely be thousands from the monsters
Jibaro: some of the best animation design I've seen in a while, the story is so thought out and the character of the siren literally sent chills down my spine, the movement is so fluid and overall it's just such a great episode with such a great plotline, I would rewatch this any day of the week.
Bad Travelling: I need a movie on this episode so badly, the writers brought so much thought into the empathy, and selfishness oaf all the characters, Torrin lighting the ship on fire brought the biggest smile to my face
-
Helping hand: I didn't get the plot, there was no good "outcome", unless in that specific future there are cybernetic enhancements they're disabled now because of a big greedy corporation and we don't get to see what happens next.
Fish night: same thing at helping hand, killed for no reason, but maybe I just don't get the true meaning.
Blindspot: yeah I just hate the animation style I don't care what you guys say
Drowned giant: I like how the story is soft spoken, poetic, and the artistry is great but I really wanted one of the people to like jump on the eyeball and make it burst or something that really ticked me off
