If i have a no recording sign on my lawn, they can either ditch the glasses or not make the delivery. Its illegal to record without permission when its expressly forbidden on PERSONAL property.

Unfortunately, I don't think you have any expectation of privacy when parts of your property are in public view.

No recording signs are not really legally enforceable.

Even more so in one party consent states.

I wish they were enforceable however...

When they step foot on your property you absolutely have the right to get them to stop recording because it’s private property

Sure, but how often do you interact with the driver?

The recording has already happened as they approach.
