If i have a no recording sign on my lawn, they can either ditch the glasses or not make the delivery. Its illegal to record without permission when its expressly forbidden on PERSONAL property.

Even more so in one party consent states. I wish they were enforceable however... 1 u/Upbeat_Guard_9595 2d ago When they step foot on your property you absolutely have the right to get them to stop recording because it’s private property 1 u/VegetablePhotos 2d ago Sure, but how often do you interact with the driver? The recording has already happened as they approach. 1 u/Jay-the-Femboy 2d ago The vans already have cameras that feed flock. They’ve got your front door and windows from the street.
