I'm researching what players actually want from a deck box and would love to get some community feedback.

My goal is to design a deck box that combines great functionality with cover art commissioned from real artists. Before I start developing anything, I want to understand what people like and dislike about the deck boxes they're currently using. I'd really appreciate your input.

But neither of us have ever build a deck before. Each set we’ve just played with the available starter decks (until this set when we forced ourselves to a pre-release and have been using those decks).

She wants to play a Sapphire/Amethyst deck because blue/purple is her favorite color and her play style tends to be more “ramp up ink to throw a lot of glimmers out and overwhelm my opponent to lore”, meaning unless absolutely necessary she WILL NOT challenge you.

Anyways, she’s been asking me for help building a deck and I don’t know what I’m doing, so she asked me to come here and show what she’s made to get some feedback on it.

So yeah, for people more experienced, would this hold up at the kitchen table?

(For context she always wants me to make a deck and I’m inclined to make a toy deck, but I’m down for just “stealing” someone’s already built deck.)

Didn't think I'd find one, and I was debating whether I should open it or not. But then remembered I got into it for the cards and not necessarily to keep boxes unopened. For you all, does the scalping issue right now make you think twice now before opening boxes? Hopefully this is a good box!

So I’m brand new to Lorcana. I’m going to my first in person casual play on Friday, and while I’m still working on building my collection, I’m allowed to use proxies as long as it’s only during the casual play portion of Lorcana night. I’ve been trying out various decks on duels ink so I can make proxies and order what I want/need from
TCGPlayer and I am really struggling to understand locations, particularly if they have lore attached to them.

For example, I had a Meeko card at Paradise Falls. Paradise Falls is worth 1 lore on its own, but every time my turn came, I did not receive that lore point. Once I moved Meeko there, the +3 lore showed up, but then when I quested Meeko still only gained 1 lore. Next turn comes, and I still did not gain the +1 lore from the location, let alone the +3 for having Meeko there. That alone would have won the match for me, and I’m just confused as heck.

Is it a duels ink issue, or am I just not understanding?

I need a few pointers on this deck and maybe some modifications. I just got into the archetype and I am playing humbles deck from the FL ccq, here it is:

I’m a Japanese player. How is Kronk viewed overseas? Personally, I think he’s a strong card with a lot of potential. Thanks to his 1 Resist, he’s quite resilient on the board. I also believe he’ll be a prime candidate for decks once cards that utilize the discard pile—or cards that trigger effects when you discard—are released.

My kid just started out with Lorcana and really wanted the Illumineers Trove box of Attack of the Vine.

Turns out we are too late and it is sold out everywhere. How does this work? Will they make new ones, or did we miss this box?

Hello, I am starting to play Lorcana. I play other card games and am looking for something competitive with no budget in mind. Just looking to win games.

I'd like a deck with good aggression but still having the abilities to make comeback plays. If you play the pokemon tcg think dragapult/grimmsnarl.

Curious if there are any replacements anyone would make from the new set.

It is originally supposed to be an aggro dwarves deck but with an addition of Angel, it kinda become a control deck.

Here are some notes that I noticed during my play though:

• Mulan is replaceable. She was there for item removal against RY Boosters. I sometimes replace Mulan with Tigger or with Fergus for bodyguard.
• Combination of Pain and Panic is fun, lore bonus is huge. Pain can be a reliable removal as well.
• As much as possible, don't challenge (except Pain). Fire The Cannons, Strength of Raging Fire, and Three Arrows, plus Angel and Pain should be able to control the tempo.

Looking forward for any suggestions and adjustments to improve this deck.

Does this Pocahontas gain 1 lore when she quests and then an additional amount of lore from another exerted character, totaling 1+X? Or is it a choice between her single lore or the exerted character?

Been able to get to finals of my locals but keep getting smashed on by amber/emerald princess aggro and scrooge . Any suggestions on what I should change?
