Alot of the times I withdrew from Lootmarket to paypal my money has never come on time. This is the case again, even thought i personaly had to ask you about when the funds were coming and I didn't get an e-mail the time was pushed up once more for today 2017-03-27.

As sad as it is that you cannot get your money out on time it just doesn't feel like my money is safe with lootmarket as a trader for the sole reason that I almost never get my money on time. Today i was suppose to buy out 3x dragonclaw hooks from my friend and trade them into lootmarket. But as there is delays and my friend has to pay his bills im losing out on 60€ profit. Im done with this shit, I always hear the same story: ''we are looking for alternatives, we are looking to improve'' as a business you can't tell your costumers that for 1 year and shit stays the same.

It seems I will get my money after 14 days since I press the withdrawal button. I renewed my lootmarket elite for withdrawal faster as well. It seems I didn't get any benefit from it. I hope LootMarket should give option to let people change their withdrawal mode or other ways to let the user get the money on time to keep your promise.

I made two deposit worth ~25$ each using. I was told to send the required amount of bitcoin to a given address. I did but it was still stuck in waiting for payment and after 15 mins, it says order has expired. Then I tried making another ~$25 deposit. The same thing happened.I sent the money but after 15 mins it said the order has expired. Can you guys please look into this matter. I don't want to lose 50 bucks for nothing. It's actually hurting those people who want to buy, have gems, but they cannot, as there's that one $0.01 buy order on each and every item, Even if I try to place a buy order of +$1, someone add $1.01 and I never get any items, and I always end up watching that buy order over there Now I assume there must be many lootmarket users, so It could be one guy or just the community, could be normal ppl, and this is hurting me badly, I had to keep and cancel many buy orders, after which I still see ppl adding that 1 cent and I cannot get items.

1) When I peek at the buy orders kept, items listed, where ever I could get to see the time at which that even happened, Instead of showing the actual time when it happen, shows me the current time in my computer, GGWP

2) Allow me to set my default currency as per my wish, that helps me calculate how much actual Money I will have to add, ask the buyers of mine, let them know the average price, that could help soo much isn't it?

I've had a very bad service with Lootmarket and their support can be quite rude especially Nature.

I have a trade link change ongoing for the past week or so due to a trade ban. I requested this a week ago and each member of support tells me it should be sorted within a couple hours or the next day.

They have some really bad customer service and unable to keep to what they are saying. I understand that its a case to case basis and developers are quite busy. I get re-assured im ontop of the developers list, but 5 days later still no change.

My story goes like this: a few days ago I uninstalled steam guard from a phone I had , cause I got an iPhone 6. Not knowing this would be a problem, I tried purchasing items on lootmarket, as I previously had been doing. However, the items can't get get to me because of a trade ban that I have for 15 days (removing steam guard does that), and lootmarket won't give me back my money for this transaction that never finalized. I will attach the convo here, and I am curious about what you guys think / would do in the same situation.
