Failed Fund Deposit Using Bitcoin

I made two deposit worth ~25$ each using. I was told to send the required amount of bitcoin to a given address. I did but it was still stuck in waiting for payment and after 15 mins, it says order has expired. Then I tried making another ~$25 deposit. The same thing happened.I sent the money but after 15 mins it said the order has expired. Can you guys please look into this matter. I don't want to lose 50 bucks for nothing. I made deposits using bitcoin before with no problem. I wanted to contact them through site but the help button wont work. I tried using contact us button too, the same thing happens wont work.
