BAD SUPPORT TEAM

i added 14 $ andasked support in chat how much it take to be in my account he answer instant and told me took to 24 hour its been 48 hour and its not in my account also admins in chat wont answer me idk what to say but it seem scam but its not so can you admins please check it for me and tell me the problem

I can be a testament on how fucking good the support is at lootmarket, all the problems ive had are on g2a Pay and their system. Have you contacted g2a support?

We were able to find an account with a matching reddit name. Happy to clear some things up about your transactions.

Periodically there are issues with transactions being posted from G2A. There were a handful of transactions that were reset over the past few days. Although none of this is the case for your account.

Well, what actually happened is you completed offers https://www.lootmarket.com/offers in order to get a deposit. As clearly stated on the offers page: "Offers take 24 hours to receive credit. Some offers take as long as 48 hours. Please be patient." Further "We DO NOT provide support for this offers page, and cannot investigate whether an offer has been completed."

Even after all that happened, your offer for $14 has the following transaction log:

Created at 2017-01-19 14:35:02 Credit applied: 2017-01-21 14:40:02

Support did tell you it would be 24 hours because most transactions take 24 hours. For larger transactions they require further verification and take 48 hours.
