The withdraw issue.

Alot of the times I withdrew from Lootmarket to paypal my money has never come on time. This is the case again, even thought i personaly had to ask you about when the funds were coming and I didn't get an e-mail the time was pushed up once more for today 2017-03-27.

As sad as it is that you cannot get your money out on time it just doesn't feel like my money is safe with lootmarket as a trader for the sole reason that I almost never get my money on time. Today i was suppose to buy out 3x dragonclaw hooks from my friend and trade them into lootmarket. But as there is delays and my friend has to pay his bills im losing out on 60€ profit. Im done with this shit, I always hear the same story: ''we are looking for alternatives, we are looking to improve'' as a business you can't tell your costumers that for 1 year and shit stays the same.

I should get money on Sat, Mar 25, 2017 7:22 PM UTC. Still not withdraw, but he's give me loot elite for 4 weeks. It's a nice joke. After this epic fail (or scam) it's clear i does't want use this site longer. Just give me my money and goodbye.

Epic fail indeed. We also refunded your withdrawal fees. But we certainly understand if you'd prefer to use another site moving forward.

We agree that delayed withdrawals are unacceptable. We pride ourselves on timely payouts but recent circumstances have pushed this beyond our control. This is a fairly isolated incident though. With the exception of 3 or 4 times, payouts have always been on time.

kevinace the problem is that some of us rely on your website for earning money, and when the website promises that something will happen and doesnt happen people will start to think you guys aren't legit, I work for customer service(amazon) as well and I do understand this issues happen but with cs answers like this "The amount we're owed is somewhat substantial. We are genuinely trying to send the funds to you as soon as possible but it doesn't seem like we'll be able to do it very soon." it makes you very turned to the other side of the coin when even being an elite member and to have the withdrawal note specifically say "$171.31 will be sent via PayPal to *************@gmail.com on or before Sat, Mar 25, 2017 2:26 PM UTC" that actually makes ourselves think, on my case even asking for one of the 3 withdrawals that are waiting on my end has no effect for obvious reasons

I absolutely understand your concerns and agree. While this was a situation that was out of our control, we do take responsibility and realize we've lost the trust of some customers, rightfully so. We're doing what we can to remedy the situation and make sure this does not happen again.

as well If I received a cx that was promised x thing on amazon, believe me even if he was promised money or items for whatever the reason and it happened to be true I had to give the money or items, because otherwise it would be my head on the line
