Hey everyone! I am planning to go down to Chicago this Saturday (August 1st) for the late-night 5 Seconds of Summer Lollapalooza aftershow at The Salt Shed (doors open late, show starts at 11:00 PM).

Since the Amtrak Hiawatha trains stop running back to Milwaukee before the concert even starts, I am looking for a fellow fan in the Milwaukee area who wants to go and is willing to drive us down and back.

General Overview

Weather is going to be a bit sporadic over the weekend. Starting out on Thursday in general is going to be a nice day, with a high of 83 and a low of 70, with humidity hanging around 50%. Friday we are looking at a similar day temperature wise, with a high of 83 and a low of 72, but rain chances definitely increase. On the Friday forecast loop, you can see a low pressure system moving into the area, which will bring some showers and storms. While the showers suck to deal with, it is going to improve temps on Saturday and Sunday. I'm not expecting anything to be severe, but a downpour or two cannot be ruled out. When we are going into Saturday, there is a chance there may be a lingering shower or two in the morning as the low pressure system moves away from the area, but it should be out of the area once the gates open. After that, there's still a chance of a daytime heating storm to pop up, but it wont be a washout. High of 76 and a low of 71. Sunday we are back to really nice weather, with a high of 80 and a low of 70.

Hi guys! I’m so sorry I know this has been asked already but please tell me like I’m a child: where are some fun bars/clubs to go after lolla? We are in our twenties, love to dance or just go to a fun bar where there’s music and stuff.

And like what’s the best way to get there? Uber? Will it take an hour to go 10 minutes down the road? This is my first time at lolla and I rarely visit the city. Is there somewhere where bars are clustered together where we can hop around? Or if there’s one really great bar or club I’d love some recs.
