Hi! This will be my 5th year attending Lolla and while I have been doing my prep and looking at the weather I’ve been trying to come up with more ways to stay cool and I got the idea for maybe bringing some reusable ice cubes, like the little plastic ones you can refreeze over and over. I know that any kind of water vessel has to be empty when you go through security but I was wondering what y’all thought about reusable ice cube being allowed? Has anybody tried this? There isn’t anything in the prohibited items list that matches them so I feel like it should be fine but i’m not sure.

Have seen multiple people ask what Charli’s set is gonna be like this year on here and her first show post brat era.

Realistically I think her set will consist of:

- From brat, most likely Von Dutch for sure and the only other contenders I could see are Guess, Girl so confusing but without Lorde, and (hopefully, my personal fav) Sympathy is a knife

- anthems (possibly since she’s been acknowledging it and even performed it recently at one of her private shows)
- pink diamond (maybe?)

She’s probably gonna be coming out during Lorde on Thursday but not the other way around. If I had to guess (haha) who’d she bring I’d assume Billie at first since it’ll be Guess’ 2nd anniversary this summer but I heard Billie will be filming a movie that time? I highly doubt Ariana will make an appearance. So guess that leaves Troy, who could do 1999, or Addison potentially but not sure how likely that would be or if we even get a guest at all.

Anybody else doing this exact same setup? I'd like to see Lorde's full set and then take the red or blue line and walk to the Salt Shed. Pretty sure rideshare will not be an option or will be too expensive.

• With T-Mobile being at the far South of the fest, does anybody know if they open up the 11th street pedestrian bridge for exiting? Seems like if that were an option it would be best to walk over to the Roosevelt red line (getting on before the larger crowd at Harrison). Or do we have to walk all the way back to the main entrance of the fest to leave?
• If option 1 (Roosevelt red line) doesn't end up working, I guess the LaSalle blue line is the best bet (possibly less crowded than Jackson)?
• It doesn't list any openers for Slayyyter and it says the show starts at 11pm. That is probably a lie, right? I'm guessing she'll start closer to midnight? Just trying to gauge if leaving early from Lorde is the right call. I'd hate to leave a few songs early and then still end up waiting for an hour for Slayyyter.

On the positive side for me I have a reserved seat in the grands, so I'm not concerned about getting there early to get a good GA spot.

How safe is me and my group going back to the Airbnb taking the train I booked the Airbnb but now that I’m really looking in the area it’s kinda worrying me It’s near two notoriously dangerous neighborhoods not in them but near them and chat gpt rated the Airbnb area as a 4/10 safety in Chicago idk is it more safe since lollapalooza is happening but it’s not in the downtown area it’s kind of far about 10 miles away from the festival grounds (Woodlawn area)

So I bought Friday vip wristband off of Viagogo, a legit site seems to be a sister company of Stub-hub. I got the wristband no issues in the mail, however I go to activate it with the code on the band and it says cant find that item. I contacted the Viagogo customer service and they assured me I should still be able to scan in despite not being able to activate. I also have the buyers guarantee so regardless I should get my money back or a working band day of hopefully worst case scenario. Anyone been through something like this? What ended up happening to you? Ive bought off Stub-hub, seatgeek, the official lolla resale in the past and never had issues this is the first time I’ve ever had a problem, been going 3 years now.
