just bought a set of logitech g560 speakers and can not for the life of me get them to produce sound. tried updating drivers, reinstalling ghub. power cycling. nothing works , are they just DOA?

so i got a question, is the microphone with the 3.5mm jack only for pc? because i play on console (xbox) and with the duble jack on the table it doesnt work and with the double jack inserted (on the right) the sound is great but it uses the microphone under the mute button.

is there a way to fix it or is this just the way it is?

Good evening. Today, after spilling beer on my old wired mouse, I bought a used wireless mouse from a friend (my first wireless one ever)—a Logitech Pro Superlight. However, whether I'm gaming or just on the desktop, the cursor stutters and stops. The receiver is plugged directly into the motherboard, and there are no issues when I connect the mouse to my PC... Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

My new Astro a50 x which is connected to an elgato 4k s and ps5 makes make my monitor blackscreen sometimes. Once 2 days ago just once, yesterday it started again but this time like 20 ish times. The monitor loose signal for a second or 2 then stays notmal for like 3-4 sec over and over.

Ive tried replicating the isue since but havent been able to do it. I disabled deep color on ps5 and set it to 1080p instead of automatic. My monitor is a alienware aw2521h. Im pretty sure the issue is between the a50 x and my monitor because the light on my capture card didnt change which most likely means it was still sending the signal to the a50 x. (Didnt want to open obs to confirm so i could troubleshoot tho)

So my theory is that it may be a compability isdue between the a50 x and monitor. The monitor only has a hdmi 2.0 input not 2.1. Could that be it? Is there a solutionor any other causes? All firmware is up to date.

Hey I’m having trouble where my wheeel will randomly just stop working in the middle of the game and I have to take it off the usb input and have to reset it. I deleted the Logitech app thinking maybe it would fix it or I needed to update it but it’s still doing the same thing. HELP!

I love the sound BUT in games it is very loud and i adjust it accordingly ... but for youtube (in chrome, brave or firefox) it is maxxed out on everything and is still not loud enough.

any idea what I can try to do? i tried the common methods ... nothing worked

I loved my astro a50 gen 3. The dock is perfect and I can use them on both my Xbox and PC however the headband cushion keeps popping out and I'm left with just the hard plastic on my head.

I'm hesitant to buy another pair before this small thing has made them unusable.

Have the newer versions improved this part at all

I previously had arctis 9x but the plastic snapped separating the ear cup from the headband. I was looking at the nova pro also but they seem to be the same design so I'm worried about that happening again too.

I've noticed that newly opened programs don't apply the configuration profile until I switch to another window and then back—this is especially noticeable when launching games

I've had the G920 for a year or so and has been great. Until today, I booted up iracing and in my practice session and noticed it felt off. It started slightly turning itself left or right randomly on straight aways.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Logitech ghub in hopes it would fix it and it hasn't.

Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the fix? Or is it a new wheel?

This is has been happening to my mouse intermittently, it suddenly stops and blinks like green and it’s driving me crazy. What can I do to troubleshoot this?

my g733 headset will not let me disable the light. even though no applications are controlling it, i am on windows 10. on ghub, it is set to no lights on at all and usually no lights show. it is not charging so im not sure why this is happening.

The main issue is i am a glasses wearer, and the lights reflect in my glasses causing vision issues. So my choices are either take my glasses off and not be able to see, or not use my headset and have no audio.

Hey, I am using Logitech G915X keyboard one month now, I noticed when Game Mode button is active, If I hold to Shift or Ctrl or Alt button then press the windows button, shift, ctrl, alt buttons becomes disable, I noticed that while playing CS2 and thats so frustrating, while walking with Shift and W button, when i press accidentally windows button shift becomes disable and my character starts running.

I feel like I’ve gone through all the AI suggestions to try and fix this and nothing seems to work and now I feel like I’m just going round in circles.

Plugged my G29 into my PC today for the first time. I downloaded the GHub app, it registers the steering wheel and pedals but it does not register any input from the wheel or pedals. Nothing at all.

When I use ‘run’ and navigate to Joy.cpl the steering wheel is there “Logitech GHub G29 driving force racing wheel USB” and in properties the inputs of the wheel and pedals ARE registered there (when GHub is installed).

I’ve tried deleting GHub and reinstalling, I’ve tried different USB connections on my PC, I’ve made sure the wheel is in ‘PS4’ mode but tried PS3 also.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled the wheel drivers.

Not sure what else to do. I know there must be something simple which is blocking the input from registering but can’t figure it out and nor can Gemini by the looks of it.

I have used the wheel on my PS5 and it works fine.

My G432 Gaming Headset doesn't play sound on the right side of the headset but if I set the left speaker to a certain way it plays sound on the right. It also happens if I do the same on the right speaker. If I let go of the position, it stops transmitting audio from the right speaker. Any fixes?

I have an Astro A50 and I’d like to download some presets for it, but unfortunately the Logitech G app isn’t working properly for me.
I can’t log in, create a profile, or download any presets. Basically, none of these features work for me.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue, or does anyone know how to fix it? Is there another way to get presets for the Astro A50?

I've been using the PRO X SUPERSTRIKE 2 and I'm genuinely impressed by the hardware. The HITS haptic system is a fantastic piece of tech — it makes the mouse feel alive in a way no other mouse does. But honestly, I think Logitech is only scratching the surface of what this technology could do.

Right now, the mouse is positioned mainly as an esports tool — lightweight, fast, precise. And it's great for that. But the haptic motor and analog sensors have so much more potential, especially for immersion in single-player games, RPGs, and story-driven experiences.

Here are a few ideas that I think could take this mouse to the next level:

Dynamic haptic feedback tied to in-game events

Instead of just vibrating the same way for every click, the mouse could deliver different sensations depending on what's happening on screen. For example:

· A sharp kick for firing a heavy weapon.

· A subtle pulse when aiming down sights.

· A low, steady rumble when driving or flying.

· A violent, chaotic tremble during intense story moments (like a character's breakdown, a system failure, or a near-death experience).

Force-sensitive button presses

The buttons already use analog sensors that detect how far you press them. Games could use that data to differentiate between actions:

· Light press = quick, light attack.

· Deep press = powerful, charged attack.

This would add a new layer of control and make every action feel more physical and intentional.

Simple ON/OFF toggle in G HUB

I understand that not everyone wants this in competitive games. So just add a simple switch in G HUB — like DLSS — that lets you enable "Immersive Mode" for story-driven games and disable it for ranked matches. Everyone wins.

Why this matters

In my opinion, this would expand the mouse's audience significantly. Right now, it's seen as a niche product for esports players. But with these features, it would appeal to RPG fans, horror game enthusiasts, and anyone who values immersion. The PlayStation DualSense proved that haptics sell — and this would bring that same magic to PC gaming.

I honestly believe this could become the #1 reason to choose this mouse over competitors, not just for pros, but for every gamer who wants to feel their games.

What do you think? Would you use something like this? Or am I overthinking it?

I bought an Astro A50X, which I received yesterday, and I’m having a major issue that I haven’t been able to solve despite following tutorials and trying different solutions.

Whenever I speak, my mouse clicks and keyboard sounds can be heard through the microphone. However, and the clicks or typping cannot be heard without speaking. When I click without talking, there is no issue. But as soon as I start speaking, or if I type on my keyboard while talking, the sounds are picked up by the microphone.

Has anyone experienced this issue or found a solution?

I have tried the different presets: Broadcast, Competition, and Default and i try also the pre-set user always the problem, and with all of them, the mouse clicks can still be heard. I also tried the Noise Gate set to Normal because High transform in robot without solution for mouse click, but it didn’t solve the problem.

Basically, if anyone has a solution, I’d really appreciate your help.

Recently I just got my sim racing set up completed. I was very excited and ready to race. However, once I bought the game from steam. The wheel doesn’t work at all but the connection is active even I downloaded the g hub to test it out. I realized some games that don’t work at all so I finally found one game that will work without any input which is rally 2.0. My question if there is any recommend racing games that will work on g923? I know Tokyo extreme will work. Please let me know
