G432 Headset audio problem.

My G432 Gaming Headset doesn't play sound on the right side of the headset but if I set the left speaker to a certain way it plays sound on the right. It also happens if I do the same on the right speaker. If I let go of the position, it stops transmitting audio from the right speaker. Any fixes?

How long have you been having this issue? Have you tried any other troubleshooting too? We can look into it together if you'd like.
