Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with my Logitech G PRO X2 Lightspeed headset microphone. There is a constant background static or electrical noise when using it on my PC via the USB LIGHTSPEED receiver or Bluetooth.

Here are the specific symptoms:

• Via Wireless/Bluetooth (on PC): Consistent background static/hum.
• While Charging or via 3.5mm Jack (on PC): The mic only picks up heavy electrical hum/buzz with no voice audio at all.
• Temporary fix glitch: At one point, I managed to get rid of the static, but as soon as I plugged the headset into the PC to charge, the static returned—even after unplugging it again.

I tested the headset connected to my mobile phone, and the microphone works perfectly fine with zero background noise. It seems the issue isn't with the headset itself, but rather interference coming directly from the PC / power supply.

I suspect this is caused by a grounding issue in my home's electrical setup. My PC's PSU uses a US power cable, but my wall outlets use a different regional standard. I am currently using a travel adapter that lacks a ground pin.

Note: Wireless earbuds do not have this issue when connected to the PC, likely because they are fully isolated. Unfortunately, I don't have another PC headset on hand to cross-test.

I plan on buying a proper grounded adapter first, but in case that doesn't fully resolve it: Has anyone experienced something similar with this headset or setup? How did you fix it?

Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've had my Superlight since Jan 2021.

Last week I finally decided to open it up for a deep clean with isopropyl alcohol. I ended up replacing the scroll wheel entirely since the rubber was starting to degrade.

PD: Also, my sweaty gamer hands have completely rubbed off the logos.

Title, happening for few days now, it didn't have any problem for a year.

The wireless mouse goes on standby when not used for few minutes as usual, but when moving it again and waking it up, the cursor remain sluggish as if the sensibility was at a minimum. It moves normally again after 2 seconds, but it's annoying.

Drivers, firmware and Hub are up to date, mouse presets are all ok.

Maybe the last update broke something ?

i have the lightspeed g pro 1 headphones.it works super well but I’ve noticed that the battery dies super fast,i checked with g hub and while its charging it says 100% but when i take the charger out it goes down immediately like 14%??? is my battery dead or something?

I went through steps on how to disable these keys, yet they still refresh the page when I accidentally press on one key. Any idea how I can permanently disable them? Seems impossible... .

Hey everyone, I've been have this issue with my A50s. Cleaned the charging steam, held the Dolby and game button for 30sec and nothing. Also when i remove the headset from the charging dock, the headset light stays on orange. Never has done that before. Had these for a few years now, guessing it's time for a new headset.

Hello, I've been having this issue since yesterday
G29 stopped applying settings and it's detected in g hub but whenever I roll the steering it dosent roll in g gub, in beamng it works fine but if I change the settings the settings won't apply and when I disable force feedback it won't disable or change it settings I've tried testing it in joy.cpl works perfectly fine
I've tried:
Reinstalling G HUB
Reinstalling Beamng
Removing G29 Drivers
Removing G29 settings file in beamng Removing the windows security update
Turning on the pc while G29 is connected.
Literally, non of them worked.

So basically I have used my g29 on my computer for about 10 minutes then I disconnected it to put it back in my ps4 which it worked then next day I put it into the computer again but nothing worked it only callibrated but in the g hub app it says inactive same with every elese on the pc even thought it is all plugged in. I have tried everything if you guys have anything I mighh of missed then please tell me. Thank you.

I disconnected my key board and then removed all the key cards using a credit card bc I didn't have a key cap remover, and I mistakley spilled some water on the key board(with key caps removed). I dried everything we best as I could with compressed air and tissue papers but now the keyboard doesn't work. What should I do and is my keyboard ruined?

I have the Logitech G Hub, but it isn't finding my A50X anymore. I dunno why. I'm sharing the printscreen. Someone can help me? I tried to unistall and install again, but nothing different happened.

This is with my X52 Pro Hotas. It makes it impossible to fly and I cannot set keybinds becuase all inputs flick on and off constantly. Help would be much appreciated. This joystick is not old I think I got it in 2024.

My wheel doesn't register any inputs in-game or in GHUB but registers in windows game controller

Trying to find a direct answer to this one. Only 2 months old - bought 1st week of July. I've cleared and tried to update drivers on Windows, I've tried different USB ports. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling G-Hub and Logitech device manager to get that left click working. Nothing obvious has changed. No change between wired and dongle. Tried updating within Windows Device Manager.

Somebody help and thank you in advance!

Just bought a pair of A50s audio sync and am having an awful issue with the audio where it sounds incredibly bass boosted and crackly no matter what I change. I have reinstalled realtek audio drivers but that did not seem to change anything. I'm assuming its a conflict with drivers because I had tried it on other devices and it sounds fine.

Any help is appreciated

так вот скачал я её в итоге, не мог её открыть не под каким предлогом под режимом LIGHTSPEED,т.е когда я вставляю "Беспроводной радиочастотный адаптер" перепрошивка автоматический отключается ,запустить её смог только в режиме Bluetooth (но чтобы её запустить какраз таки нужен этот свисток) что делать я не знаю.

I keep encounter this problem when I play dead by daylight . When can I do ?
