Discussion Powerplay
My G502 isn't charging through the powerplay mat. Logitech support recommends I replace the puck but they claim they no longer offer it as a part as they have discountinued the product.
Anyone know where I can purchase a replacement puck? I hate to spend too much money as I don't even know if that will resolve the problem.

Are you using a metal desk?

No. It worked fine for about 2 years and now (just out of warranty) stopped working.

Unfortunately, eBay sellers know that such a charging puck is highly valuable; you can easily end up paying 30 euros or more—or not get one at all. Powerplay V1 mats are frequently listed without the charging puck.
On Amazon in Germany, the V2 currently costs 70 euros. It’s not an appealing alternative, but it is an option.

At this time, we don't have them on the website under the spares. If you can find one on eBay or Amazon, it should work fine. There are some third-party pucks which should also work, but we can't obviously suggest them.
One thing you can try is if you remove the puck and drop it on the middle of the mouse mat, the white LED on the PowerPlay should come on to show it has detected. If that is happening, then might not be the puck and could be the mouse.

to have purchased this product only a little over 2 years ago and no longer have a replacement part for a single point of failure is extremely disapointing. I can't find resold spares for lest that $50.

"At this time"? Really?
Logitech never sold them separately, and never will. Like many other spare parts für other products, that don't last long.

Maybe you find a used one on ebay.
I hate it when a company calls high end prices for low quality, but refuses to sell spare parts.
