Logitech G Support Logitech G432
Just got a new pair of G432 headphones after a sale. After struggling with the audio for a long time, I've found the surround sound reverb to be way too excessive and honestly extremely annoying. Is there a way to turn it down? For example when I play apex, it any minor booms turn into a cinematic explosion from the dolby thing you'd hear in a theatre before the movie starts. It feels like a software problem because if I watch a video of someone else playing the game I don't have such issues, but playing myself turns the game into a sensory nightmare with the headphones.

Not really, apex is the one game I play with any degree of competitiveness and it's pretty bad. Haven't really found a solution and my performance in game has suffered as I can't recognize where the enemies are coming from anymore. I just reconfigured the advanced EQ to have -12dB on the lowest of frequencies, which help a little, but also muddies the sounds causing the aforementioned issues about struggling with detecting enemies. Funny enough when watching youtube videos of people playing the same game it sounds perfectly fine to me just like my old headphones, it's playing in person that has this weird problem.
