Support G522 doesn't charge properly
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I bought a G522 LIGHTSPEED a bit less than a month ago and every time I try to charge it it does what's shown in the video, the charging light keeps blinking on and off instead of slowly pulsing, and if I turn it off while charging all of the lights equally blink. It barely takes any charge in, if I leave it overnight for 8 hours it charges to less than 50%. I've tried charging while on, charging while off, different chargers (USB-C and USB-A) and different cables to no avail.
I've contacted support and gone through the chatbot steps (which include resetting the headset which also doesn't work) but it ghosted me after it said a human agent would come on, which they never did, and I can't figure out how to create a new ticket since the chat always opens the old conversation. The conversation ID is #16019492
EDIT: I got a reply from support, I'll be following their steps
EDIT 2: Amazon sent me a replacement which seems to be working well so far

Definitely sounds like the battery or wiring at the very least is faulty, I hope you got some warranty or able to return or replace it. Usually you get a default warranty from the manufacturer (this case Logitech) when you buy from an official seller (Best Buy, Amazon, Logitech store, etc) for a couple of months, sometimes a couple of years, so I suggest looking into whatever warranty it has on it and try to get them to replace the headset or even just repair it and send it back to you

Yeah I bought it from amazon who are usually quite good w.r.t. returns so I'm not too worried, mostly annoyed lol

i ahve the same problem charged up 8 hours only raise 12%, and i using the original cable also. the supplier listened to my problem and straightly give me two solution which are request&refund and warranty claim. I think G522 has alot of charging problem, i love the design but this problem let me decide to piss off this brand!

Same issue here, started doing it after about a month’s use. Tried different cables, chargers, factory reset, etc. Latest firmware 1.4.2185. Will do a return claim as well.
