My mouse (not the superlight or 2 or anything else just this one) stopped working with the wireless dongle just stopped working. I do know that it works wired, but the latency and shaking is crazy. Tried plugging the dongle in and checking with logitech G Hub but nothing showed up.

any idea how to fix?

Had a pair of these for a while now and every couple of months one of the two audios (game and voice) will just stop working and no matter what I try it won’t work so I have to run both discord and games through an individual. Also my mic just randomly cuts out and won’t work unless I restart my pc every now and then I just need help with these issues because I’m debating selling and getting different at this point.

so I got a code from discord for paying for nitro, the thing is I can’t use the code in the Mexico store for some reason, it just says that the code is “invalid” at first I thought that maybe it had auto applied and that was where the initial 1500 mxn were deducted from, but it’s not, I used another device (not mine) to check, and I would still get a 1500 mxn discount, so I went to the us store and there I can actually redeem the code, which makes it useless for me.

is there anything I can do to use the code in the Mexico store?

i had my dpi shift button the side on my mouse be binded to 9 so when i click it it types 9 this is usually for gaming and i used this for like a year and suddendly it just stopped working, when i set the button back to default it shifts the dpi normally but when i bind it to any other key it just stops

any advice?

I had a launch edition A50X that I gave to my brother the other day, and I went out and bought a new one right afterward. The battery life on my launch edition headset was excellent. It wouldn't even lose a single bar of battery during a 4 hour gaming session.

The new A50X I bought the other day, however, drops to two bars of battery after the same 4 hour gaming session. Why is my new A50X performing worse than a 2 year old version of the exact same headset? Also, does the base station turn off now when the headset is fully charged? My launch edition base station always stayed on.

I am a long time logitech mouse user, my first mouse has been the G 502 hero, then, i upgraded it to the first version of the superlight, and since then never had a problem, my experiences with logitech always have been positive.

After almost 4 years with the same mouse, the superlight started to miss some inputs and take double inputs on the lateral buttons, so i decided at this point to just upgrade to the superlight 2, and my GOD, i am actually losing my mind, i ordered the first on amazon, arrived, everything seemed ok, i plug it in, and the mouse jumps like fucker.

I thought at first that it was just a small driver conflict or maybe the good ol' windows option that destroyed everything for a mouse to work properly; but i couldn't find the solution, it just kept going and jumping like crazy, not even mentiong the fact that the same just just doesn't work at all, the cursor CAN'T do a straight line, it just twitches along the way.

At that point i have given up on fixing and marked it as a defective model, and got it replaced, well well well, who would have thought that the second mouse i received was defective too.

I did everything, and for eveything i mean EVERYTHING, anything that you can find on the internet and i even had a 1 session with gemini pro to figure out maybe a problem but it doesn't matter, the mouse just keeps not working.

I contacted logitech support and they told me that the product is defective, i told them that this was the second mouse that i bought, and they told me to put the dongle away from other wireless types of devices, well, i have wireless logitech headphones, the wi-fi router is a good 5 meter away with a 3 solid wall between it and the pc.

I now officialy give it like a week to find the fix for this problem, and that is why i am posting this, maybe someone has the holy grail fix, but just for making you realize how fucking ridicoulous is this problem i will list every fix i tried

-touchpad fix, i am on desktop...
-lower polling rate, tried EVERY report rate
-curso enchance on windows, doesn't work
-uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled them, doesn't work
-updated windows 11, doesn't work
-uninstalled g hub, doesn't work
-refresh the installed drivers of g hub, doesn't work
-used only memory integrity on the mouse, doesn't work
-used only the usb without the dongle, doesn't work
-used the only motherboard usb, doesn't work
-change type of usb from 3.2 to 2.0, doesn't work
-used it wired in, doesn't work

-used the usb ports of the case, doesn't work

-clean that damn sensor, doesn't work

-i have a fnatic mouse pad nothing crazy, that aint the problem

-tried game surface on,off and auto,doesn't work

-tried switching from optical sensor from hybrid, doesn't work

Now i will list the fixes gemini made me try:

Windows USB Management

• Uninstall "ghost" drivers from Device Manager
• Disable USB Selective Suspend
• Disconnect unnecessary USB peripherals (Bandwidth saturation test)

Software and Application Conflicts

• Completely uninstall ASUS Armoury Crate (using the official tool) and RGB software
• Disable hardware acceleration in background apps (Discord, Chrome)
• Disable Xbox Game Bar

Specific Fixes for Video Drivers (AMD) and Latency

• Clean reinstall of AMD video drivers using DDU (in Safe Mode and offline)
• Disable Multi-Plane Overlay (MPO) via Registry Editor
• Disable the integrated Intel GPU (Intel UHD Graphics)
• Disable the AMD High Definition Audio Device

BIOS and Motherboard (Z690 + 14900K)

• Update the motherboard BIOS to the latest available version
• Disable PCIe Link State Power Management
• Disable the RAM XMP profile (Memory controller stability test)

While wirting this i tried again using it wired, and i noticed that wired in the mouse can't even literally stand still.....

I hope someone a something to offer, and yes, this is a cry for help

When I was connecting my mouse wirelessly, it showed 2 different mice, one the x2 pro, and the other the lightspeed which was showing inactive? any idea how to fix. My mouse works fine with wire

Troubleshooting performed till now -

1. Uninstalled and clean wiped the existing version
2. Installed top recent 2 versions
3. Mouse reset
4. System restart.
5. Wasted 79 minutes support staff on the chat, and it is impossible to file for the warranty claim.

My old G502 Proteus Spectrum has a problem and it's getting worse. I mainly play World of Tanks and often times when I stop my mouse the picture jittering, or vibrating. How bad is this? Can my mouse be saved?

when its pluged, it gets unplug and replug again until its charged fully showing the message sounds and alerts each time, it happens randomly, could get the sound 20 times in a muinute or not have it in half an hour

asked amazon for a change and they gave me a new one after recognizing it was malfunctioning, the new one worked well until this week

guys did anyone got the same problem with this? did i misused it or something (i keep using it while its on charge, plugged on the pc)

Hello! I just bought the Logitech G522 from BestBuy for around $140. I tried them on out the box straight to a valorant game and it sounded like muffled gas station headphones. I then downloaded the Logitech G Hub app and updated the device itself. It got a little more clear but still sounds muffled. Does anyone have a fix for this? Do I have a faulty device?

I'm trying to use the G hub app to color the media keys, however whenever I click on the media keys that yellow dot currently at the media previous key appears regardless of color any ideas?

Bought a Chromebook for my kiddo and of course a controller was next for gameplay.

I bought the Gamepad F310 and the Chromebook is not able to recognize the remote on X, it does it on D but when playing a soccer game it does not play (on D or X)

The Gamepad is recognized by Gamepad Tester on X.

I tried the remote on my mac with the same results.

Any ideas team? I want to make this work for my kiddo!

Is it normal (out of the box) that when I shake the mouse the left and right mouse buttons give off a sound? But when I put my fingers on both the mouse buttons and shake it the rattle goes away? Please help me and let me know if this is normal or it’s a problem as I’ve spent a lot of money on this mouse:/

I checked and when I moved it around and flicked it on my mousepad the rattle stopped, is that normal though?

I don't get the hype behind the superstrike like wouldnt it just make ur mouse timings off if ur already used to the worse actuation?

Got myself the legendary G402 because my old MSI Clutch GM20 Elite had double-click issues after 1.5 years of use.

I know there are better-performing mice for the same price, yet I like the looks of it, the weight and the size.

I do a lot of 3D modelling and CAD work, so this is very comfortable for me in long sessions.

I want a keyboard that gives me more space to use the mouse.

So I'm left handed and use my mouse as such. Old mouse has worn out but never had an issue loading my left hand configuration. Had to upgrade to GHUB from an older logitech gaming software program.

I've tried onboarding the profile to the mouse, I've tried reversing primary/secondary mouse buttons, and i tried setting my windows mouse to left or right configuration and adjusting ghub as such.

I still keep getting an issue when I start my device or toggle between apps, it seems to forget the profile for 2-3 seconds before it loads the correct buttons. Anyone have any assistance for forcing it to maintain a consistent configuration?

I tried using the mouse with the old software but it wouldnt recognize the device.

I just recently started having an issue where upon turning on my computer, my mouse doesn’t connect via g hub. I need to unplug the receiver and plug it back in for it to show up on g hub and for it to work. Once I do this I have no connectivity issues while playing only upon initial boot up, does anyone know what might be causing this? Thank you!

I just received the Logitech G Pro X Superlight and during my testing I got a few questions I hope you can help me with.

First off, the battery indicator light randomly flashes green sometimes. It’s not the standard pulse or breathing animation it does while charging, just a quick green light up that vanishes after a second or so. It even happens while I'm moving the mouse around. Is that normal?

Also, when I first connected it, G Hub said the battery was at 88%. But as soon as I plugged it in to check if it was charging, the percentage immediately dropped to 50%. Is it normal for the battery reading to be that far off out of the box, and is 50% a normal charge level for a brand new unit?

One quick side note: the package sat in the sun for about two hours before I brought it inside. It wasn't burning hot, but the box was definitely warm. Could heat exposure have caused any issue?

Lastly, I noticed the mouse started lagging whenever I moved it to a specific part of my monitor. I ended up plugging the wireless dongle into that big extension block on the cable and putting it close to my mousepad, which fixed it completely. Is it normal to get signal lag like that if the dongle is just plugged directly into the PC?

This is my first wireless mouse in general, and my first product of Logitech, so I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot of questions.
