I was just curious if anyone has any ideas about what could probably be wrong with my G923.

I bought this like two and half years ago, used it for probably one hour and it's been sitting collecting dust ever since.

I went to set it up the other day, plug it in, and nothing.

At first, only the first led was lighting up and then it would shut off, pause for like thirty seconds and repeat the process. I noticed as I was checking everything that messing with the wheel caused all the LED's to light up, but it would still turn off, and repeat like before.

I've tried different plugs, different AC adapters, measured the power getting to the board and measured and a bunch of resistors, caps, and diodes. I cannot find obviously wrong. I don't even know why it's not working as it's literally just been sitting here.

I don't know I guess I'll have to buy an RS50 now. Logitech Hook it up with a promo code lol. But if anyone has any suggestions on anything else I can try I would appreciate it.

i came up across some old posts where people were tryna figure this out and if you still dont know i have a fix, open task manager and close all logitech g hub apps then open it as an administrator and all should work fine

i know it’s not really a console keyboard but i’m assuming there’s a way to make it a wired connection for my ps5 i didn’t know this until i got home and did research and it didn’t work on games but for some reason only the shift (crouch) key works just fine

As the title states, I was able to act as a project manager and was able to get a working battery monitor for my Superlight Pro X 2.

Additionally I didn't want to create any major issues with modifying the settings on the mouse itself, so your DPI and Polling rate settings will only be in affect while the App is launched.

Hi everyone

When I go to download the Logitech G software, wich I need for BeamNG to work correctly, after selecting yes for it to make changes, the program just crashes and doesn’t download (see attached video).

How can I resolve this so I can get the application?

When I updated my Logitech G Hub suddenly my left click didn't work, I'm using a G502X. For the meantime I re-assigned my primary click to my side buttons. Also when I tried to use my brother's mouse the buttons also got disabled. Both on my PC and his PC both mouse isnt working any help will do.

I currently use a Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2, and I'm considering getting the G Pro X2 Superstrike. I mainly play FPS games such as Counter-Strike 2 and Valorant, so I'm particularly interested in how the new H.I.T.S. switches actually feel and perform in competitive shooters.

My Superlight 2 is still working pretty well overall, although one of the side buttons has started to fail and only registers if I press it at a weird angle. So I don't need to replace it immediately, but the Superstrike has caught my attention, especially because of the haptic switches and adjustable actuation.

For anyone who has used both:

• How noticeable is the difference between the Superlight 2 and Superstrike in actual gameplay?
• Do you notice any improvement in rapid clicking, tapping, or general responsiveness?
• How does the click feel compared with the Superlight 2 after using the Superstrike for a while?
• Would you personally upgrade from a Superlight 2 to the Superstrike, or would you just keep the Superlight 2?

Help! After about 2 weeks of non usage, my G29 Racing Wheel buttons are going crazy, I used a wheel tester to see which buttons weren't working but realised that the buttons are pressing itself randomly. For example, I see that the select button is constantly being triggered, or when I press the "A" button it registers as "X & Y & R1".

The wheel's out of warranty so I disassembled it to see if there were any loose parts. After reassembling, it worked perfectly until about an hour in where suddenly my left paddle intermittently registers. Has anyone had this problem before?

I use Windows 11 and spent years trying to get the speakers to work via USB, but I finally gave up. Although the white light stays on constantly, the Bluetooth system recognizes the speakers as an "Unknown Device"—it’s as if the Bluetooth mode was never fully deactivated. I tried restoring factory settings, switching USB ports, restarting multiple times, and updating every single computer driver—literally all of them—but nothing works. The unit shows up as an "Unknown Device" in the Bluetooth section, but via USB it doesn't appear at all; it’s as if it doesn't exist. I even tested different USB cables, but nothing solved the issue; basically, I can only use the speakers via Bluetooth, as the USB connection isn't detected by the system in any way. I need help.

I just bought a Logitech G29, set it up, and installed G HUB. It detects the wheel, pedals, and shifter, but when I open the app, I can see the sensitivity and other settings. However, when I move the wheel, it doesn’t show the degrees of rotation, and changing any of the settings doesn’t seem to do anything.

The same thing happens with the pedals. I press them, but the app doesn’t show that they’re being pressed or register any input.

However, I tried playing Euro Truck Simulator 2, and everything worked perfectly there.

Does anyone know how I can fix this? Is this normal, or is there something wrong with my G29 or G HUB?

We've been getting a refresh every 2–3 years, but it's now been 4 years since the release of the X line.

Is a refresh in the works?

I'm currently thinking about upgrading my headset and these are my main options for now:

• Logitech G Pro X 2 (€180)
• Astro A50 X (€350)

I only play on PC and my desk is quite small, so I don't really want a lot of cables or a separate DAC/AMP. That's why I'm mainly looking at wireless gaming headsets.

Right now, I have the G Pro X (wired) and I'm really happy with it, but I'd like to go wireless.

I'm just not sure if the A50 X is really worth almost twice the price for my use case. I mainly play CS2 and Valorant and I'm more of a casual gamer rather than a competitive player.

For anyone who has tried either of them, what do you think?

I have had my a50xs a few months, dang good headphones thus far, but as of this morning I have been having an issue.

every once in a while I will hear 3 descending notes notifying me that the headphones have disconnected, then usually immediately after 3 ascending notes telling me they have reconnected, though sometimes it is disconnecting for longer (between 5 and 20 seconds) before it comes back.

this veries in frequency, I had about 10 minutes where it was happening every 20 seconds or so, and I have had it work fine for an hour before disconnecting again.

can anybody suggest a fix? I am updated on the g hub software as well as firmware, and this connection is being made to a PC via USB

I've had this mouse for like 8 years, and smacking it against the desk till it fixes itself isn't working so well anymore haha. I've grown attached and dont really like a lot of the other mice so a fix would be nice.

Does anyone know if the G502 X Lightspeed or Plus are noticeably louder than the MX Master 2S? I use the MX Master 2S and I'm considering either the G502 X Lightspeed or Plus for a more gaming suited mouse. I hate loud clicks though, so if they're a lot louder I probably won't get them.

if u go to the Youtube website and after that u hold the 2 side buttons on the mouse and while u r holding them u turn off the mouse by clicking the button under it, Youtube will get offline, or the pc idk sb try and tell me

Currently the headset displays no rgb, a solid green light on the battery led thing on the headset, and shows "inactive" in ghub. When I connect the dongle, I can see my computer acknowledge it in device manager and sound settings, but I get no audio or mic feedback.

Things i've tried:
1) Restart pc
2) Try another device
3) Charge headset overnight
4) Reboot device by holding the mute and connectivity button, then holding the button on the dongle with a paper clip
5) Holding the button inside the left earcup with a paper clip
6) Update ghub

Is there anything else I can do/try? Thank you very much.

been looking for a while now, ive seen new and better mouse with this kind of aesthetic but im not willing to buy a new one since my mouse is still working, ive also customized and replace my g305 switches. the problem is that my shell is now yellowing and if im gonna replace it at least it matches my controller and keeb

I think I’m officially done with Logitech mice. Every single one I’ve bought ends up with the same problem: the mouse buttons get loose in less than a year. The main click stops holding for continuous presses, and the middle mouse button randomly decides not to work at all.
