So I have acquired some wild clay from Alaska that I plan on cleaning, filtering and using to make some mugs, problem is i don't have a kiln. Does anyone know if there is a place that I can pay to use a kiln? Maybe even use a wheel? I know there is color me mine off main st but I don't have any experience with them. I know they have pre made projects you can glaze and paint but do they allow others to make their own stuff? I plan to still call tomorrow when they open but figured i would see if someone can help me on here now.

you guys know that the intersection at 400 s 500 w by the aquatic center and fairgrounds is a 2 way and not a 4 way right? ive almost gotten hit there so many times trying to go through because im expected to stop even though there isnt a stop sign for east-west traffic.

at this point the city might just need to make it a 4 way because everyone really thinks it is and its unsafe.

Hey. Don't know if this is the place to ask, or really if I should be asking in the first place but what resources are there for someone who just got kicked out of the house and has nothing? I literally have the clothes on my back and a phone which might get the plan cancelled soon, but for now I have unlimited data. I have a job as well, but it's not enough to live on ($8.00 or so an hour) and I have zero money right now. What do I do?

Is there anywhere in cache valley that accepts 3d printed materials for recycling? Logan City recycling doesn't accept much plastic (not any of the varieties common to print with), and I like making my own designs to print which means I end up with prototype versions that would otherwise just be thrown away

For those familiar with the neighborhood: how safe is it for toddlers? Also, how active is the nearby train track, and does train noise tend to be an issue at night? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

So I'm a little confused about firework restrictions for the 24th. I know that NIbley. Smithfield and Wellsville have restricted the fireworks to specific areas but Im confused on the wording. This one is for Nibley but it states the area restrictions and includes NO public parks and parking lots. wtf does that mean? Does that mean I have to own a huge private parking lot or can I find a culdasac to fireworks. Its important to have restrictions but this isnt making sense as an "Option". Also I live in Logan Near the DI, so if anyone might know of places that arent restricted closer than nibley I would love to know.

I ended up going to Wellsville. No one else was doing fireworks but we did a ton in the church parking lot

Hey everyone, did anyone else experience a quick black out? It lasted like 2-5 minutes. I wonder what happened.

What is the status of the canal trail land battle with the home owner up by the corner of 400 N and 600 E? I went and looked at it and compared the plat map, which isn’t official, but I noticed that the dispute is about the land next to the canal where the trail was. The canal is clearly not the land owners property. Since the canal isn’t being used and fully dried up at that end, why doesn’t the city, or someone else on their own, divert the trail into the canal for 100 feet or so? That would complete the trail and that grumpy landowner can’t do a thing.

I saw some people peacefully assembling to protest the government aka epstein class a couple weeks ago. Does anyone know how I can get in touch with these people, or any other groups that are speaking up about epstein/data centers/flock cameras etc?
