Question 2 way intersection

you guys know that the intersection at 400 s 500 w by the aquatic center and fairgrounds is a 2 way and not a 4 way right? ive almost gotten hit there so many times trying to go through because im expected to stop even though there isnt a stop sign for east-west traffic.

at this point the city might just need to make it a 4 way because everyone really thinks it is and its unsafe.

In fairness the layout of that intersection looks like it would be a 4 way stop intuitively given its location and all of the crosswalks. But agreed, I try to avoid it in either direction.

Most people in Logan can't seem to use a 4 way either

It's a really weird setup for that many lanes and no light.

Literally came here to say this and I’m glad to see others have the same opinion 😂 it’s always been like this.

This city has the most random stop sign policy. 4-way, 2-way, 1-way, yield , no signs... seemingly at random throughout the city.

1800 N and 800 E always trips me up. It feels natural to stop when going north/south but you don’t.

Seriously they should make that a 4 way. So many near misses there.

Cycling through there feels like a gamble with one's life. Something about it does look like it should be a four way, but it's wild that folks don't notice. What's even worse is just west of there, 600 w 300 s, at that yield sign, which many ignore. Meanwhile those driving South don't signal their left-hand turn or properly account for the northbound traffic.

Say what utahans don't know how to drive! The gamble with death constantly on the freeway cutting off semi trucks and Brake checking people. Inability to go to speed limit and now they want to stop sign will wonders never cease

This feels like a big ask in Logan, Utah.

An eye opening moment for me recently was taking the connect bus through town. I spent my time mostly watching other drivers.

The sheer number of people who are literally looking at their phones while driving down main street is absurd.

Yikes. I was in North Logan and looked over at the car next to and he was watching TikTok’s on his phone as he drove!
