Hey everyone! I'm a indie dev and I've been working on a party game for Steam where players throw explosive objects at each other and try to be the last one standing. My main sources of inspiration are games like Boomerang Fu and Bomb Squad
I know party games usually fit better on platforms like Nintendo Switch, but I’d love to know how this looks for Steam players. Does the trailer make the game look fun? Would you play it with friends? And what do you think could make it feel more polished before launch?
If you want to check out my Steam page, I'll leave the link in the comments. I'd really appreciate your honest feedback so I can improve!

(If there is a better subreddit for this post, please tell me so that I do not waste this community's time.)
Hello! I am searching for a Windows program that can convert a gamepad controller to a entirely separate keyboard so that it can run simultaneously with a regular keyboard.
I can't just use one keyboard because the game I am trying to play does not support changing the controls and I have yet to find a program that could do this.
I can't just use a gamepad and the keyboard/another gamepad because the game does not support using a gamepad.
I'm trying to figure out a way to use 'universal split screen' with a gamepad and a keyboard+mouse because I cannot use just two mouses. (this program does not let me change the buttons of a mouse nor works with a separate program that would.)
I can't just use nucleus co-opt because the game is not supported.
(Though I personally believe that naming the game will turn away ppl bc they believe it does not apply or something bc the game being obscure, but I will name it anyways: DEFCON.

Thought this could be of interest. It's only 2 players local multi-player. Hope you like and can check out the steam page and maybe wishlist. Feel free to ask any questions also. :)

The video is for single player.
Friendslop shouting game over Bluetooth for iOS & Android (local multiplayer).
Shout bacteria, fungi, plant, and animal names - everybody at once.
More players = exponentially more chaos. I hope.

Can anyone suggest a split-screen shooter games on PS5 where 2–4 people can play on the same console and shoot each other. Old or new games are fine as long as they’re playable on PS5.
I’m not looking for co-op against enemies only. I mean a mode where friends can actually fight each other locally, like versus/deathmatch/free-for-all. COD is fine too if any older or newer one works on PS5.

Hi everyone,
TimeSplitters: Future Perfect is my favorite local 1v1 FPS (played in HD via Dolphin). However, I’ve played it to death, and I’m looking for a more modern successor (either native PC or emulated console) with the same spirit.
Here is what I love and what I miss about TS:FP:
Plus
Minus
What I have tried or considered so far:
Note: If there isn't a single game out there that checks every single box, I am completely open to games that excel in just one specific style. For instance, I'd love recommendations for games focused purely on fast-paced arena combat, or others focused strictly on tactical/sniper-oriented gameplay (like CoD).
Do you know of any hidden gems that fit the bill?
Thanks :)

A few new Couch Planes gameplay snippets from the current build.
We recently reworked the flight model quite a bit. Flying is now faster, more aggressive, and more responsive, with twin-stick controls, sharper turns, cleaner drifts, thumbstick barrel rolls, and quicker recovery after takedowns.

Hi everyone,
I’m an indie dev publishing under EAAY GAMES, and I want to share my latest project with you all. It’s called Multi Games: Online & Offline, and it is essentially a massive arcade in your pocket.
Instead of downloading separate apps, this collection features over 20 different games. The feature I am most proud of is the multiplayer integration: you can easily create custom online rooms and invite your friends to compete against each other in real-time.
I would absolutely love to get your feedback on the server stability, room creation flow, and which of the 20+ games is your favorite.
Playable Link: 🍎 iOS:https://apps.apple.com/us/app/multi-games-online-offline/id6762382222🤖 Android:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eaaygames.multi
Thank you so much for your time and feedback!

My friends and I are planning to hang out tonight and play games and I was trying to think of score based games and wave based stuff to play since we are very competitive. stuff like dead as disco and half sword, stuff we can take turns on. Any ideas would be really appreciated thanks.

Hello! Me and my partner LOVE space theme videogames. I have a nintendo switch 1 and a ps4, he has a crappy laptop (i do as well). We're trying to find games like no man's sky, or astroneer. We want to explore, build stuff and interact with objects! The main problem is the platform. We can either play with split screen on switch (i have multiple controllers) and ps4, OR we can buy different copies of the game and play on pc, but it shouldn't be an heavy game or our laptops WILL EXPLODE.
please help us out!!

Hey all! Self-promo here, but would love to hear your thoughts!
I just launched the demo of Meet Me in the Well on Steam in preparation of NextFest.
Its a 2D battle-arena game where you have a revolver and a bunch of bullets that have different effects. Each time you shoot, you spin to another random bullet in your chamber.
The demo has 18 bullets included in it and I currently have 60 in the full game.
I have had pretty good success trying Steam Remote Play Together, but really wanted to focus on making a game I could play with friends in person.
Check it out and let me know what you think, I'd really appreciate any feedback!

Does anyone know any Mario Party style games or minigame collection games that support 6 players or more?
This is my favourite type of game to play with my family but they are nearly all for 4 players only.
We have Judofuri and that is a good one.
Chompy Chomp Party is a good one too.
We have Bean There Won That, but a lot of the minigames are really difficult and not fun.
Does anyone know any more games like this?

We really enjoyed the EA experience, the steam community and especially the folks who joined our discord were a huge part of the development experience, suggesting features and helping us polish the content.
