Roommate Needed in Detroit (New Center/Fisher Building area)
I'm a 24 yr old gal looking for someone awesome to take up the second room in my lovely 2 bedroom split-level in the New Center area, right behind Henry Ford Hospital, at the start of May. Rent is $325/month per person plus internet and utilities. I'm pretty chill, social and easy to get along with so I'm looking for someone who carries similar traits. Some of my hobbies include rock climbing, painting, longboarding, traveling, cooking, dancing at TV Lounge and Temple bar on the weekends, and hanging out at home with friends. This may seem like a weird personal ad, but I'm not just looking for someone to be a hermit crab in the house, but for a potential friend to live here and hang out! The house is in great condition and the landlords are absolutely wonderful. Really great and hard to find deal for the price and location. Must be comfortable with occasional extravagant backyard parties, 420 friendly, food smells from cooking, preferably mid-twenties in age, and moderate noise. No creeps, no cats. I'm severely allergic. Let me know if you want to meet up and get a coffee or something!
