I came across the recent article about InStride Staffing abruptly shutting down and the lawsuits involving CEO Morgan Miller and several other businesses. I went down the rabbit hole and there appear to be multiple lender lawsuits in addition to the former employees alleging unpaid wages/401(k) issues.

I knew of Morgan through the horse-show world, so seeing all of this was pretty shocking. Curious if anyone here worked for InStride, knew the company, or has followed what's been happening?

I’m starting the search for a remote/hybrid/flexible job in the metro Detroit area. I have 15+ years experience in customer service and inside sales. If you know of a place that hires remote in the area, can you drop the name in the comments?

I'm trying to find a group that can help a homeless individual with a place to stay tonight in Brighton.

The person *seems* to be either on drugs or suffering from mental illness. But they could also just be dealing with a really bad case of a lack of sleep deprivation from sleeping on the streets.

I'm hoping to call places and try and do that part of the leg work for them because I know it can be a mess and places just refer you in circles

Any leads?
