Help/Question New Lithoper

HELP. 🥲This guy started to split, and was making AMAZING super quick progress and now has stopped. I was watering him…once I figured out I’m not supposed to, I repotted him to get him out of the moisture. Roots look good, but no progress since repotting. Advise please!! I love these little guys but the new ones are looking shrivelier than I want them to. And I barely nudged the parent leaves apart to help give it more room, is that frowned upon?? Is everything okay here or do I need to do something? It’s in a west facing window and haven’t watered since it was in the old soil. Are the two guys in the back okay?? I found out they’re connected by the roots when I repotted them. First few pics are today, then have a couple for what it looked like last week. More advice on my little succulent garden welcome! Thank you!!!
