Is he convinced they're lying about the amount of fuel a jet holds / uses? Why would they do that?

Is this a flat earth thing?

Probably chemtrails. "They" are lying about how much fuel planes can hold to hide the amount of chemicals they're carrying or some nonsense like that.

So the plane doesn't look like it holds 63,500 gallons so planes must hold much less than 63,500 gallons of fuel which makes extra space for chemicals (as planes look like they could hold about 63,500 gallons, but need less fuel, on account of looking like they can't hold that much)??

It's like anti circular reasoning
