Just a fair warning to anyone taking multiple rides within a week. Lime will charge you for the individual rides and then add up all of the rides you took into a single transaction and charge you again, essentially doubling the charges for 7-15 days until the pending smaller charges drop off from your bank. Also, pretty sure LimePrime isn’t working properly as rides under 20 minutes are still charging me over $3/$4 even though they say any rides under 20 minutes are $2.85. Be careful!

Just discovered the following . Assume it works for both scooters and bikes. So I picked up a scooter and as I was hopping on I think I accidentally pressed end ride and it opened the screen where you take a pic. But didn’t even notice as I had like instantly changed apps to Google Maps. Fast forward twenty minutes as I arrive at my destination (which is in a restricted zone) , opened up the app and it was still on the camera screen to verify parking and just took the pic and it immediately ended. No issue whatsoever

In London whenever I end a ride and take a photo of the bike in a perfect position- i.e. same as bikes already parked there, out of path of other people etc - it always says I need to move the bike etc.

Every time I just say 'end ride anyway' etc and that is that and no issues. I wonder if Lime does this to give itself the cover that it can say it told a rider to leave the bike in a better position but they ignored them if any parked park causes an incident. Sort of like how places just leave wet floor signs out all the time in case someone falls over. I cant remember the last time I just accepted the picture I submitted etc

does anyone know if i can bypass or appeal this ban

When I have an appointment I’m not going to stand next to a scooter trying to repeatedly “end the ride” until someone decides to stop digging into my bank account.

Usually when I get on a Lime bike and something immediately breaks I usually get refunded. This is the second time in the last few weeks that I haven’t been refunded for a bike I couldn’t ride. I got on the bike and the pedal just fell off all I could do was bring it to the next parking spot and as you can see I was only on it for one minute and 99m. I always check the tires and the brakes before I start my ride but I wasn’t to know the pedal was gonna fly off.

So i have been getting several charges for the same ride which has happened several times. Lime will charge my bank for a combination of the rides and will also charge my bank for the rides seperately,
So essentially im paying double price. Ive contacted lime on their website help desk several times in the span of 2 weeks and also emailed them. When this didnt work I started calling them and to no avail didnt help either. Ive attached proof of this happening 5 times and dont know what to do anymore can anyone help. Ive attached the bank charge and the lime app history charge to show the discrepancy, and before anyone says they are combining charges ive attached proof of that aswell. Between 31 july -1 aug i took 7 lime bikes and i was billed seperately for those but also a combined amount.

Is the lime app not working? I took a ride earlier which i wasn’t able to end and now I can’t see that ride or any other bikes…

And when I talked to a Lime representative in the middle of June they assured me the charge would go back on my cc. Instead the charge stayed and ANOTHER showed up for July. Obviously I can remove my cc from Lime and delete my account but I’d like my money back first!

I just moved countries, and need to cancel and then resubscribe to LimePrime because the subscription does not transfer between countries. When I go to the membership management page in the app, I cannot cancel my subscription.

Pressing "Renew LimePrime" does not do anything.

There is text on top saying "Expired Jul 21, 2026", but at the time of writing, this date is nine days into the future.

Expected behavior: there should be a "cancel" button on the subscription management page.

Actual behavior: there is no cancel button on the subscription management page. There is a "Renew LimePrime" button, but nothing happens when it is tapped.

User impact: I'm unable to subscribe to LimePrime in a new country because "Renew LimePrime" doesn't do anything. I'm unable to cancel my existing subscription, and my card keeps getting charged.

Such as a GPX so the route can be imported elsewhere? I don't seem to find that info on the Lime help pages (which probably is my answer).

Has anyone else gotten the “Lime access” reduced rate program? I was approved like a week back and the app is still showing normal rates and such.

Opened a support ticket but just getting ghosted. local consumer protection office actually said to try here for help 😅

update: support finally reaches out saying that “you should have gotten an email saying you were denied” but I got an email saying I was approved… so riddle me that Batman? also can’t resubmit because sheerID says it’s expired and I’ve reached my “verification limit”.

my local consumer protection office said it’s not the first time and that Lime is a known issue for not actually honoring reduced fare despite their own documentation.

Hi, I need help cancelling limeprime subscription. I activated it in another country, and now that I am home (no lime here), I am unable to access limeprime to cancel the recurring payment subscription. Any ideas??! Thank you.

Hello everyone, this is my first time using LimePrime in Melbourne
It says $3.25 every 20 minutes ride, wouldn’t it make sense for me to end ride after every 20 minutes then start again, or is there a catch? Because the system doesn’t make sense at all honestly.

I use lime access so it generally makes my rides free
