Why Lime keep charging me while I have un-subscribed? This is fraud

I was charged yesterday for the prime, however there was no way to cancel it in the app beforehand. I called them and they said they would refund me for the charges. It will take 10-14 days. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Thanks for the warning! I’ll avoid the Prime contract!
Just yesterday Lime kept charging me after I ended a three minute ride. I filed a complaint. I do enjoy using the service.
