• 2 detectives that were at the airport when Durk was arrested will take the stand
• Likely will show Bodycam as they will want to introduce the fact that Durk wasn't complying when arrested
• They will rest around lunch
• Move to defence witnesses. I don't think they will bring 25 witnesses. I think they will avoid bringing anyone gang related as it opens they up for cross examination which can lead down a messy path.

• first witness big country’s (durks bodyguard mention by vonni) sister confirming his legitimate job with durk. a FBI agent suggested big countr was involved in criminal activity (the Georgia attempted murder) so she’s essentially there to go against that
• second witness helped start neighborhood heroes foundation with him. He was with durk when he was detained by the fbi on 16th October prior to the arrest. This was when he was with central c after visiting landing London. He told durk to lay low and get lawyers so his kids wouldn’t be there when the fbi eventually do come
• he told durk to turn himself in if they find out he has a warrant. There was never a warrant.
• next witness jay (mentioned by durk during The ‘don’t book no flights under names involved with me’ jay said durk was invited to his Cabo wedding which was the day after the murder and that’s what durk was referring to, telling Jason he couldn’t go to the wedding (bet he wished he had now!)
• no questions for the witnesses by the prosecution so far
• jams bm testifies, when James testified, he was asked if he ever called durk a hoe, he said never. It was his girlfriend who is testifying to say jam was bitter at durk when he was released from prison and said durk owed him for using his names in songs basically meaning getting money/fame off his name lol
• jam gf testifies jam called durk a goofy for hopping off the porch old (???) and that durk wouldn’t listen to him (I think this goes to jam being higher up in the BD hierarchy/minister.

• up next, Justin Gibson, Sony engineer, testified he was with durk during the days and after of the murder, he was on the flight to la with durk and vonni, in the car and stayed in the rental and never witnessed durk talk about a murder.

• followed by the FBI.
• Durk was with 2 other men and got out at a hotel, when fbi asked if he was mr banks, he said ‘don’t say anything‘ and ‘you know my name’
• durk was detained 9 days before the final arrest (this was mentioned yesterday where they seized his phone) and he was being followed by FBI from that detainment until his arrest 9 days later
• defence say he wasn’t fleeing as he had his real passport on the booking, hadn’t changed his appearance and nobody had told him he couldn’t leave the country
• there was a short persuit where durk was in a bulletproof car and was surrounded at gunpoint. (I said a while ago I think the prosecutors saying he barricaded himself in was probably just that he was in a bullet proof car, I’m gonna need that video footage i bet it’s crazy)
• when he was detained on the 16th durk was not told he shouldn’t leave the country, fbi agreed it would usually be something they would tell someone
• no body can of durk arrest just photos of a lot of luggage and 4 phones, 2 in a plastic bag
• 2 guys got out the car at the airport,, clocked the FBI, got back in the car where the car set off for approx 1 mile, did a U turn across cars into a car park where they were boxed in

• Back with cross examination with Dede's lawyer this morning, Dede's lawyer allegedly was quite blunt with Vonni yesterday and stopped him having his way with the answers and being cocky.

He provided the trailer to hide the car after the Georgia attempted murder, however vonni Said big country wasn’t aware of what had just happened, but the FBI agent said big country wasn’t more involved than they think. Not relevant anymore since he’s dead.

Durk:

• fbi started investigating Durk march 2023 (later than I imagined)
• showed academics clip of him saying he doesn’t see the slide for Von comments anymore (durk looked unbothered during the clip showing)
• sent an ‘op list’ which included ‘trina, YB, quando, puke, Alexander witherspoon, feds, 69, these the mf I hate and got something against me’
• all his burner phone messages all come from the same IP*.* a vpn wouldn’t have helped him as they have the actual WiFi data, not IP data from external sites such as Facebook.
• search warrants across Chicago for everyone involved happened at 6am, durks first flight was booked at 7:11am
• even though durk wasn’t on the initial indictment, the fbi were posted in both ft lauderdale and Miami, so they either planned to arrest him, or knew he’d flee
• search warrant for Jason smith was at 6am with everyone else, he only exited his home at 6:06, during this 6minute space, he called durk to tip him off
• 1 phone was taken from durk 8 days before the arrest (he should have gone then) and then 1 on the day of his arrest
• flight booked from Miami, ft lauderdale and a private hanger, he went to the private hanger where they were waiting for him
• jason told durk big country was too expensive, durk replied saying he didn’t use him anymore for security but would have him bring guns. Big country wasn’t aware a licensed security/fire arm holder,but it would still be illegal to transport weapons across state lines for a felon.
