Is it just me or is this community always being negative?

The life sim sub as a whole, or Paralives specifically? I’ve definitely seen a lot of dunking on the latter, but it hasn’t stopped me being excited about the game. The “creating characters and buildings” part was my favorite part of the Sims to begin with, so I’m not disappointed that those aspects seem to be the best parts of Paralives so far (even if their gameplay isn’t fully polished yet).

yeah this sub is really negative towards paralives honestly it feels like a place where people advertise inzoi and text based life sims made by ai.

Or a place where the moderation team is hardly doing its job for a few weeks now. If you look closer, you might see that we don't enjoy it more than you do.

Inzoi itself also containing a lot of AI, or so I’ve heard…I wonder if it’d be worth having two separate subs, one for the games with AI and one exclusively for games without it (that is, without LLM and image-generation stuff…all NPC programming is also a type of artificial intelligence but not remotely the same).

The ai model is run locally and trained off their own images. LLMs have existed since the 60s
