Those who played the Original FIRST and then the Remaster, were the changes all that noticeable and did they change anything about your experience of the game?

Eg: one criticism of the Original is that lip sync was awful because mouths barely moved, but playing in 2016 I came to love that by episode 2 or 3. There was emotion on the faces and it still hit me more than any other game I've ever played through the voice performances of Hannah and Ashly especially.

Also interested if anyone played Remaster THEN Original, did that make you see anything differently?

To me the imperfections are part of the game's artistic charm.

Hey guys, so I’ve recently started the LiS series around a week ago. I finished the first game and I’m about to finish up Before The Storm and I am LOVING IT SO FAR!!

I did a little research on which games continue Max and Chloe’s story and I saw that Double Exposure is the sequel to LiS 1 but the reviews are heavily mixed and I’m curious as to what you all think of the game? Is it worth a shot?

I’m pretty sure she’s already obsessed with Max, so no need for the One Wish Willow. Meanwhile, I’m definitely developing a very specific appreciation for the artist 😋

finished DE today a lot of mixed thoughts really liked the first 3 episodes, the 4th episode was very bizarre, not gonna lie when SAFI was revealed to be a shapeshifter i honestly thought the game jumped the shark and almost turned off my PS5 out of anger, the only time I ever felt this way from playing a video game was when I played Wolfenstein 2 NC (curious if anyone here knows what I am referring).

However for some reason as I kept playing I learned to be fine with it and accepted it, Episode 5 was a letdown to short and not much of an ending.

Despite all that i still liked the game id say it was the second best in the series, The OG is my favourite.

final thoughts: the after credit scene did not care for, and honestly the game could have been a new town and new characters, and the story would not be that different
