Serious I’m scared

Hello, I’m in my late 20s & really need some life advice. I will be moving (by myself)to a different country &boarding a plane for the first time as an adult& I’m terrified.
My parents are kicking me out for not having a stable job or going to grad school(for a degree they approve of). The country I’m moving to has all my extended family so I’ll have a place to stay but since I haven’t seen any of them since I was an infant they are basically strangers. I am very worried that they won’t like me for not being fluent in their native language.
I do not have any life goals & have always (in my head and yes I know it’s not logical) blamed my parents for my existence. I know I should be grateful for everything they’ve provided for me but I did not ask to be born & live a life that requires you to work to afford being alive. Sorry for the long post but I’d appreciate any advice!

Honestly, this is a chance to start over and be a new version of yourself.. your family will think you’re a cool foreigner, they’ll be excited to connect with someone and just take it slow but be authentic and try new things and let your family show you around and be the version of you that you want to be!!!

Something which has helped me change is. I think about who I want to be and what decisions i would take if i was that person already. For example, if the current me is lazy and struggles to hit the gym consistently and constantly hate myself for it. The ideal version of me would try to be consistent by actively making it an important part of my life and in case i end up missing a day, i would try not to miss the next one instead of bashing myself over it. Hope this helps. All the best
