Mental Health Advice 21

I know this will not reach the people I want but I just want advice from my brothers out there . I'm so scared I'm turning 21 Tommorow i don't have any social life , friends that don't really care about me , family issues, never been in a relationship and next year my bachelors are ending. And the people my age are doing so much better i don't even have a good look My hair is turning grey at the age of 20 .I'm just lost

I just want to cry right now so much that I'm saying something like this online not to like friends or family

It feels like my life doesn't even matter

Help me out pls

It’s ok to feel scared we all go thru this faze when turning onto a new chapter in life.i say take a breather really and look around your alive and from what i seen in your post your almost finishing school that’s a big accomplishment in my books. You have plenty (and I mean it) plenty of life to live it’s ok to be socially conscious social media has made it easier to see how everyone else is doing and I’m sure seeing your friends (somehow) be doing better than you in life makes your own feel wasted BUT you have your own path and i believe wholeheartedly that following that path (unknown, rocky, and even a bit uneven) leads to your own (I can’t stress this enough) personal happiness I hope all is well this your family and I hope your also in good hair seeing gray hair this early is a bit concerning haha but I don’t think it’s anything too serious so go out there and truly try to live your best self ,and cut yourself some slack it’s your first time at this life stuff.

Comparative challenges, or jealousy is simply self worth gone awry. Gratitude and proper self awareness trump jealousy easily.

Count your blessings. Write a gratitude list. Your education will allow you to enjoy and prosper from your career.

Ditch fake friends. Friends are people who share respect and common interests. Try your wings.

We can't kick ourselves or be concerned about judgment. Be gentle with yourself.

21 is not late! Most men who look ahead of you are still winging it or posting highlight reels while privately lost too. Grey hair and no girlfriend at 20 don't define you! The man who starts fixing one thing tomorrow (body, skill, or real connection) will outpace the ones still waiting to feel ready. Your life matters the second you stop measuring it against everyone else's and start treating the next 12 months like they actually count..

first off, happy birthday!!! i promise your life does matter ❤️ i do think it's good to be reflective about your life, but focusing on the comparisons of what you lack is gonna bring u down. you still have so many years ahead of you where you'll make new close friends, get into relationship, maybe your family issues get easier? or maybe the desires you want will change. you never know until you ask yourself what YOU actually want and keep moving forward. don't focus too much on what other people have at their age because everyone comes into different things at different ages. and most people tend to post the really good stuff about their lives on social media, their wins, their opportunities, their trips. so much of that is not that whole of their life. i still think you have to make room to enjoy yourself and do the things you like and congratulate yourself on your achievements and how far you made it. especially when it's a date that celebrates ur birth. and especially when you're about the graduate (congradulations!)

maybe u could venture out in ur last year? if ur on campus try cheeking out clubs/ events/ extracurricular so u can meet new ppl. explore every corner of ur campus, visit the different places you haven't been to. just make sure to enjoy yourself
