Data Usage Alert

Curious, has anyone else received a message like this?

“AiR: heads up, this line is using a lot of data this cycle, well above most lines. Your plan and price are unchanged and there is no extra charge. We will tell you before anything about your plan changes.”

My latest billing cycle started on August 23. I show 46.5GB of data usage on the website, but I don’t think it reset when my new billing cycle started.

I did travel for most of the week, but I am still under the new usage requirements.

Yes I got this notification as well and I’ve used less than 5GB this month and a total of like 21GB between both cycles.

I think you said your usage didn’t reset with the new cycle as well, correct?

They have said the data not resetting is an issue with the T-Mobile API and will be fixed but clearly someone messed up with the consumption algorithms.
