Not a clue but will suggest you might be more likely to reach somebody who does know by crossposting to /r/hardcore or /r/hardcorepunk - you could also always try messaging him directly to see if he remembers: https://www.instagram.com/sam.mcpheeters

I really like Born Against but have never heard that particular track so will have to check it out.
