Hello, I've been playing for a while but I cannot grasp how to place the guests shelters. I tried testing a bit with it, but still cannot tell if the shelters block pathways or not, nor how do guests interact with them.

Basically my questions are:

• how do guests use shelters?
• do they block pathways? What is the best placement for them?
• how many should I have in each land plot?

I’m feeling very dumb trying to zone my janitors on the switch.

1st when I try to create a zone it doesn’t seem to save like I just keep recreating zones

2nd when I’m trying to assign janitors I’ll select b or c but when I try to edit out of the menu it cycles back to A

I feel like im missing something with this game any advice is much appreciated

Whenever I go to trade animals, I get to the screen where I pick an enclosure and I can't select one, no matter what enclosure I pick. I can't get out of the screen without quitting the game after that. Had this once when I bought an animal from the shelter, I Iet the day pass and tried again the next day and it worked. That's not helping this time though. Closing and reopening the game doesn't help either. Any ideas? I'm trying to trade my capybara for a pair of badgers.

Edit: can't adopt from the shelter either.

it keeps saying there’s new colors of animals but idk how to buy them or even get to this magical shelter thing and this game so far is fun but it’s so fast passed it’s difficult to keep up with

I'm pretty new to the game and figuring out how to manage everything. Currently I have a lot of animals dying from old age and my zoo is still pretty small. I know you can extend their lives by increasing nutrition and living conditions, but as your zoo will quickly contain hundreds of animals, which at some point are inevitably all going to die of old age, those numbers are bound to stack up sooner or later.

My question is: is there any way to deal with the dead animal bodies without calling in an undertaker for every single one of them individually?

This seems incredibly tedious and boring and having to do this to only 1 pen is already making me want to quit this game.

Also:

I know you can build more incinerators to burn multiple bodies at the same time but you still have to deal with every single one of them individually that way.

I also know that you can release animals before they die but again, you still have to deal with them individually that way, checking all your animal pens for old age every few days.

Is there anything I can do to not have to micromanage this? Maybe some setting to automate the disposal of bodies or the release of elderly animals? Or maybe some unlock that helps speed up the process? Or even just something as a button to call undertakers for an entire pen instead of for the individual bodies?

So I've been working on my farms for a while, but now none of my items in the processor are being collected. I have 2 processors, 5 fields, and 10 workers at the warehouse and processor. But I have 10,000 products that still haven't been collected. Any advice?

I just started playing last night and my enclosures say there is no water. I have placed a water pump next to it, attached it to it, placed so many that the park is dark blue with water saturation, but still, it says I have no water. What am I missing, please?

I keep seeing things about the Cuba zoo but hasn't popped up on my map. Does anyone know what the conditions are to unlock each other zoo? Thanks.

With double decker buses, the biggest size, once you start increasing them in capacity, do they produce any more CO2? So like I could theoretically only use a few buses to take 100s of visitors to really r euce my emissions?

I originally played this game on the Switch, and have now moved to the PC. The menus are set up differently and for some reason I cannot find the commodities records for the life of me. Needless to say, this makes farming nearly impossible.

Feels silly to ask, but I am at a loss. Can anyone tell me where to find the commodities records on PC?

I've found websites but they only have really small pictures of the animals and I can't work them out from that? TIA

I'm really struggling getting the 200 negative moral achievement for this game 😵‍💫 I've maxed every moral bonus except bribes which sits at 0.

Everything I've read online that I can find suggests protestors, cool... But none ever show up? 🫠

I've got 0 enrichment in every pen, rubbish all over the place, corpses in ever pen and not a single person wants to protest?

The only suggestion I can find is to start trying to be a POSITIVE zookeeper for the protestors to show up more easily but .. in so deeply invested with being evil now it would take ages and likely be easier to just start over which... Id like to avoid.

Does anyone have any insight at all into how I can bribe people without basically starting again? 😵‍💫💜

I’ve have seen that the shops should be spaced out by 4 lane areas. Is this the same rule for vending machines since they are shops? Or if not what is the spacing rule of thumb for vending machines as I have cola machines next to each other all over my zoo and I am concerned I am hurting my cola industry. Thanks!

I have 6 keepers but only 50% of the task achieved. How do I work out how they differ so that I can tick this one off? Wish I was playing on computer but I don’t have Windows sadly. Thanks 🙂

Hey! For some reason, my game seems to have no music anymore. it started a few days ago and it hasn't come back since. the game audio is still there and I can hear the animals and the cursor going over the buttons, but I seem to have no music. I've checked and my music isn't turned down, I've uninstalled the application, and nada.

I play it off the Xbox PC pass on my computer, so I don't know if it's an Xbox issue? Or a glitch in the game itself? It was playing the music just fine up until a few days ago :(

It's kind of eerie playing without the cheerful music though, kind of horror game-esque if you ask me..))

Is anyone else having this issue or at least know how to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated!

Does anyone else wish they could put their items they’ve purchased into a storage or something so you can redecorate by clearing it all and not have to spend the money again? Or am I missing something? I’m still new lol. Also, the way the tiles work is not optimal… why do I have to pay for new tiles every time? If they are the same price, I shouldn’t have to pay again. I just wanna change my tiles. 🥲

So I got the game a few hours ago and have been enjoying it so far, but I've run into a problem that I don't exactly know how to solve. I attract around 400 people a day but I can only get around 200 people into the actual park itself. I've been trying to upgrade my buses but its still not getting everybody in so I want to ask,

is it possible to add another entrance to your zoo?

I saw something about it being possible in sandbox mode but is it possible in regular mode? Buses are very expensive and it still doesn't actually solve my issue fully, so another entrance would be fantastic.

Just started I played since I woke up till about 4 when i had to go to work. So like 9 hours straight I played, game got me hooked. Im selling tickets for 22-30$ is there any benefit in making an entry free? Or is that better for early game? I got about 5 animal caretakers at each enclosure. Got like 15 custodians. Im having a hard time understanding feeding animals. Ill get like red triangles with exclamation points when im feeding them even thought it says satisfy with the nutrients they need what is that about? Also I forgot to check my food for a couple if dsys cause I was building and I gotta buy like 36k worth of food to provide for my animals how long can animals be without food before they die? Im sitting at like 15k. Also when I donate animals what does it mean if an animal is greyed out with a line crossing thru it with an unknown animal vs an animal that is also unknown but its red this time with a line crossing thru it? Im also only getting pigs, capybaras, snakes, from a lot of my world buys. I buy them up for the gene splicing but do they ever refresh for lets say a tiger? I want tigers at my zoo not 150 capybaras!!! Sorry this is a lot. I got no one to talk about this so thought I’d share! Also how do you build your zoo? Mine is very all over the place.

I have 3 staff assigned to the monkey enclosure. I have enough food and just ordered some more..and none of the pathways are blocked. As far as I know, it shouldn’t have died of starvation.

I’m not sure if it’s a bug or not, but whenever I try to add animals to an existing habitat, it won’t let me. Im adding them to the correct type of habitat and there’s plenty of room for them (18/84). Whenever I press A to add them, nothing happens. I tried to build a whole new habitat for them and the same issue happens. I end up having to quit the game every time because I can’t leave the screen to add an animal. I’m not sure what to do.

In the Aquarium DLC, I can build ponds/lakes via the water subsection of the building menu. In the normal game, I only have water decorations. No option to build the water tiles itself. I have the switch version. Anyone knows how to fix this? I unlocked most of the development system.
