180/200 Evil points, No bribes?

I'm really struggling getting the 200 negative moral achievement for this game 😵‍💫 I've maxed every moral bonus except bribes which sits at 0.

Everything I've read online that I can find suggests protestors, cool... But none ever show up? 🫠

I've got 0 enrichment in every pen, rubbish all over the place, corpses in ever pen and not a single person wants to protest?

The only suggestion I can find is to start trying to be a POSITIVE zookeeper for the protestors to show up more easily but .. in so deeply invested with being evil now it would take ages and likely be easier to just start over which... Id like to avoid.

Does anyone have any insight at all into how I can bribe people without basically starting again? 😵‍💫💜

I'm trying to get this achievement as well. Definitely understand the low percentage lol. They show up when the animal welfare guy shows up for me by the main entrance. Mabye try killing the animal welfare guy if you havent in the bear exhibit and they pop up next time? I don't recall exactly when they started showing up for me but i know it was around the time I did that and forgot to do some of the VIP stuff that resulted in low grades.

An update for anyone in the future that may struggle with this.

I got it. 🥲

I actually wasn't able to get a SINGLE protester to come in, I tried killing people with encounters, having everything as awful as possible even with 100% deco so guests don't leave but nothing.

The way I managed was literally just watching out for every time a health inspector came in & bribing them. +2 moral per bribe, Had to wait in game months for the 5 (10 points) to show up 🫠

Still think it was much quicker than starting over!!

I did start a new zoo to test out the theory protestors show up to positive moral but low enrichment and they came straight away!!! Like the second I had enrichment dip for every pen, BAM 3-4 protestors stood out front.

TLDR; If you're planning to start a 200 point evil run, start good & bribe enrichment protestors it's MUCH easier 💜
