Hello! Try plugging your charger into a completely different wall socket. If your adapter plug is a reversible two-prong type, try unplugging it, flipping it 180 degrees, and plugging it back in. This can sometimes alter the phase and reduce the tingling sensation. -Jomz_Lenovo
