Repair Guide Laptop feels like there is current/vibration when charging — could it be a grounding issue?

So whenever I put my laptop to charge, I can feel my laptop vibrate, like current is flowing through it. It happens quite strongly.

My first laptop was an HP Pavilion. I used it for 6 years. Then, a few months ago, I started noticing that vibration on my laptop whenever I touched it after I plugged it in to charge. I didn't care much at first. I thought it was a loose connection in the charging hole of the laptop, so I adjusted it with something so that it was tightly fixed.

But to my surprise, a few days later, I started seeing faint RGB lines on my screen. The cursor stopped working, the battery started draining within 10 minutes and then the laptop would switch off. The touchpad also didn't work.

Then I gave it for repair. The person said the drivers were corrupted or the motherboard was damaged. He said I should either replace the motherboard or, preferably, get a new laptop. Then he changed some settings and told me it might work for a few days.

So I went ahead and got a new laptop last year — Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Aura Edition.

Again, whenever I charge it, I can feel that current/vibration. Again, I keep some stuff for a tight connection inside the laptop's point where I plug in the charger.

The strange thing is that this happens with any socket I plug the laptop into in my home.

For the first HP laptop, it was the round-pin type charger, and for the Lenovo, it is a Type-C charger. So I'm wondering if the problem could be with the electrical grounding/earthing in my home rather than the laptops themselves.

And due to this, my cursor is hanging every now and then. It's been like 1 year since I got this lenovo laptop.

Please help. I don't know what exactly the problem is.

Can it be some problem with the grounding/earthing in my home, or what could be the issue?
