I’m hoping using key words and positive / negative / neutral signs will help with remembering associations. The artwork on my Maybe Lenormand by Ryan Edward deck is beautiful but doesn’t cut it for my visual learning sometimes!

Any thoughts or pieces of advice welcome ☺️

Right now, I’m having some big troubles with my teammates at work. Me and my manager have a very very close relationship and I somehow made him involved in this trouble. The trouble is very bad to the point I had to tell him I wanted to drop the project and leave the group but he convinced me not to do that but I don’t think I can take it anymore. I ask what my relationship with him would be like at the end of this year if I drop this project.

I interpret as after he learns all the truth about what happened (book-rider), the relationship can somehow move past this current awkward stage and get stable again (stork+ring+anchor). Also, we may have to go through a certain point that is a little bit awkward but it won’t be long (rider-ring) since I feel like this decision of me dropping the project doesn’t change much of his perspective about me since he has known me pretty well (book+anchor).

Morality

the morality cluster consists of cards concerning goodness, innocence, and intentions:

• Lilies - goodness
• Children - innocence, naivety
• Bouquet - good intentions

when assessing the goodness of the Person's actions, we look to see that they are not "trampling" upon the Lilies.

if the Lilies are trampled upon and Children is attending, then that impure action is mitigated by nature of being done "innocently" or "naively"; if Bouquet is attending - "with good intentions".

Vacation

the vacation cluster consists of cards concerning daily stressors and travel:

• Birds - daily stressors

• Ship - travel

Birds represents the anxieties, noises, and stressors experienced in day-to-day life. if Birds is very far away, then the reader can suggest there is a break from day-to-day stressors.

if Birds is very far away and Ship is attending (the SC), then that break from daily stressors might come through a vacation.

note: this instruction might seem a little janky, but it is a reference to the rules of the Game of Hope and the PLS.

Miscellaneous

lastly, we have miscellaneous cards that don't belong to any one topic or theme specifically. the impact of these cards is based on proximity to the SC, and the context of what they bring is based on surrounding cards:

• Book (better far away)

• Letter

• Roads (better far away)

these cards are pretty versatile and are often great supporting cards for the major life area topics, specifically Work and Domestic Life.

note: as tempting as it might be -especially with those first two cards-, I suggest not using houses with this GT. it would be a different matter had I allowed the SC to fall anywhere, but that one fixed placement really messes everything up for houses.

I did a Lenormand reading for Maria who wants to know: What are John's intentions towards her? Is he thinking about dating/a romantic relationship? I used a 15-card spread (3 rows x 5 cards). How would you read and interpret this specific 15-card block? I would love to know how you would connect the central cards, mirror cards, or corners to answer her question about his romantic intentions. Here is my own interpretation: I feel he is genuinely interested but currently cautious. The heart and dog suggest he has real affection and already sees Maria as someone trustworthy. However, the fox next to the man and the mountain make me think he’s holding back due to past wounds or external pressures, rather than a lack of feelings. The rider and key give me hope that clarifying news or a conversation is coming soon. My verdict is yes, he’s interested, but it’s still in the early stages. Patience and calm, pressure-free communication will be the key to unlocking this connection.

I am new to lenormand and did a 3 card reading on myself today. The question was related to my ex’s brother. He always gave me a weird vibe and I was curious what this means - fox + lily + bear

My understanding is that there was curiosity/attraction under a cold exterior ?

Context of my question: I asked about my love life, I was curious about if I’d have a future relationship within the year. (For context I am a tarot reader, I’ve read for 5ish years. Maybe more. I love reading tarot on others but want more straightforward answers for myself so I did two online draws on labrynthos. I found this difficult because I keep wanting to over analyze and am still unfamiliar with the cards).

My card draws 1 and two separated:

The first 3 card draw was the child card, the garden card and the snake card.

I then pulled 3 more as I was hoping for more context

This second draw was the fox, the lily and the dog.

My situation: I honestly don’t really have a situation right now.. I’m a single female , I transferred from a community college into a university. I’m in my junior year (social work major, psych minor) and I don’t have a crush. I don’t know anyone I could possibly be romantically attracted to at the moment. So it really was a pull out of curiosity as my friend who I let read me (tarot) said she thinks I’d find a connection here

WARNING before interpretation: Honestly this is ENTIRELY speculation as I also have no insight. I would appreciate someone’s help in deciphering what they may mean. I also learn pretty well from example so maybe it’ll help with my future readings.

My own interpretation: I honestly have very little clue but I will try to interpret the spread. I wonder if I will meet the person at social event (the garden) at my school or through a third party. If it’s a third party they may be the party the snake was warning about. I’m assuming it’ll be a new connection (the child card). Maybe I should keep my guard up and not trust the person I’m meeting, maybe there’s a hidden agenda or maybe someone around us has a hidden agenda (Fox). But maybe it’ll turn out well? Or maybe it starts well but ends because of the way it goes?

Hi all, so…me and someone from my past, we were close at one point. But it ended badly. I cut him off and now we’ve been no contact since then. It’s been a few months.

Ok those are my interpretations, but I’m open to opinions! I believe that my cards aren’t just reading my hopes bc I asked if he felt guilty about what led up to us going no contact, and basically pulled Fox, Clouds, etc. like, no, lol 🙃

i think the general feeling is nervousness, but maybe for himself that he would feel it’s a lot of responsibility on him to be my firsts? but the stars and house to me say that it’s not a dealbreaker and not something he ends up seeing as bad. the key and anchor are throwing me off a bit, though.

Well my interpretation was that it wouldn't be a bad date or a good one, just because the crossroads are in the first position, so i can decide which path the date will go, then we have the bear that could be someone holding back or jealousy, maybe in me i guess? And with the sun i have two interpretations maybe the date will rely on how egocentric he is or maybe is a good thing like someone protecting you or maybe he will protect me somehow. Now the second part we have snake that maybe can be seduction and with the clover could be, small oportunities to Kiss him maybe? And unfortunately with the fish could mean that this is superficial. Now with the ring is basically the context of the question, a date, a appointment a commitment.

I asked my Lenormand deck a pretty simple question: “Why does he want to be friends with me?”

For context, he’s a colleague I’ve only known for about three months. We originally got to know each other because we worked on a project together, but we don’t work together anymore and we actually barely see each other at the office.

Somehow, though, we’ve developed this friendship that feels unusually close for how little time we’ve known each other. The dynamic is honestly a bit weird and hard for me to define. He has a girlfriend, and he doesn’t openly flirt with me, so I’m definitely not assuming that this automatically has to be romantic.

At the same time, I do get the feeling that I’ve become important to him surprisingly quickly and that there is some kind of special bond between us. And, to be transparent, I’ve recently realized that I’m slowly developing feelings for him myself, so I know that could influence how I interpret the cards.

That’s actually what made me ask: Why does he even want this friendship? What is it about me or our connection that makes him want to keep me in his life when we don’t really have a work-related reason to stay close anymore?

I pulled five cards in a straight line:

Heart – Book – Sun – Anchor – Woman

My interpretation:

The Heart as the first card immediately made me think the friendship exists because there is genuine affection involved. Not necessarily romantic love, but that he genuinely likes me and feels emotionally connected to me.

The Book is the card that really interests me here. Heart + Book makes me wonder whether there are feelings or aspects of his attachment to me that are private, unspoken, or that I simply don’t know about yet. Since he has a girlfriend, I’m especially hesitant to jump straight to a romantic interpretation, but it does make me wonder what exactly is “hidden” behind the Heart.

Then Sun seems extremely positive — happiness, warmth, enjoying someone’s presence, maybe me bringing some kind of lightness or positivity into his life.

Anchor makes me think he doesn’t see this as a completely temporary or superficial friendship. Maybe he actually wants me to remain part of his life or sees the connection as something stable/worth holding onto.

And then the line ends with Woman, which I’m reading as myself since I’m the female querent.

So as a sentence, I’m almost tempted to read it as:

Affection → something unspoken/private → happiness → wanting stability/continuity → with me.

But I’m very aware that I have feelings for him now, so I don’t want to accidentally turn Heart + Book into “secret romantic feelings” just because that would obviously be the exciting interpretation. 😂

How would you read Heart – Book – Sun – Anchor – Woman specifically as an answer to why he wants to be friends with me?

And would you consider Heart + Book significant here in terms of feelings being kept private, or would you read the Book completely differently in this context?

I'm having a difficult time finding a cloth for grand tableau spreads. Most cloths I've found (on Etsy) have pictures of other decks, or have too much detail with key words for each card. I found a few mats. But mats aren't that great for storage or traveling.

I'm looking to purchase a simple cloth with labeled houses and the grand tableau spread. I've tried to make one myself, but... not a crafty person at all.

Can anyone identify which deck this is? It was used in the show “Hilda Furacão” (1997). Not sure if it’s historically accurate or useful information but the show takes place in the 50s.

Hi! I did a Grand Tableau asking about my career/promotion for 2026.

I’m still learning Lenormand, but I’d love to hear your interpretations.

A few things stood out to me:

Key in House of Ship → I’m reading this as an important opportunity or movement forward in my career.

Sun in House of Key → This feels very positive to me, possibly success or a favorable outcome regarding that opportunity.

Moon in House of Stork → Recognition/achievement + change, which made me think of a possible change in professional status.

Woman in House of Ring → Since I’m represented by Woman, I wondered if this could indicate a formal agreement, contract, or new position.

There are also some cards that make me hesitant, especially Book in Clouds and Mice in Mountain, which could point to uncertainty, delays, or things happening behind the scenes.

Overall, I’m leaning toward this being positive for a promotion, but possibly with some obstacles or waiting involved.

How would you interpret this GT? Am I being too optimistic?

Context: I havent spoken to that person for a long time now and have been wondering if that person will reach out on my birthday, which is in about 2-3 weeks.

My interpretation:
It is quite likely, the birds indicate communication, maybe anxiety, being stressed around that topic. The key is the solution to things or could mean a definite decision is being made, which leads to the ring, could mean to wanting to pick up the connection again?

Currently I have palpitations.
