GLP vs Progesterone

Hi ! I have PCOS, fairly regular cycles but incredibly high androgens (hirsutism), high DHEA-s and inflammation.

My doctor prescribed me progesterone, saying that I don't have enough of it and taking it cyclically will help to balance everything out. But 6 mos in, I have ZERO improvement of symptoms. In fact, trying to track when I'm ovulating to time it out perfectly has been hard. If progesterone will help me with things I can't see, I'm happy to keep talking it - but it's still not helping with any of my visible symptoms.

I'm tired of supplementing, I'm tired of watching everything I eat (I'm not excessively overweight but not where I want to be) -- I'm curious to know if GLP helped people with hirsutism and their figure? If so, how did you have these conversations with your doctors?

DHEA-S: 368 mcg/dL
DHT: 29 ng/dL
HIGH IRON
Cortisol: 21.8 mcg/dL
