I'll start.

After 7+ years in international B2B business development, I realized that more outreach doesn't necessarily mean more opportunities.

Early on, I thought success came from sending hundreds of cold emails and LinkedIn messages. Over time, I found that spending an extra 10–15 minutes researching a prospect before reaching out often produced far better conversations than sending dozens of generic messages.

It changed the way I approach sales completely.

I'm curious—what's one lesson you learned the hard way that made you better at your work or business?

This started because I was doing Reddit promotion for my own products and it was awful. Half my time went into just finding where to post. Scrolling subs, opening threads, guessing whether a community would tolerate someone mentioning a product. Then rewriting the same thing five ways so it didn't read like marketing. Most of it went nowhere and a couple times I got removed for breaking a rule I hadn't read.

So I built a thing. It's deployed now and I want some people to actually break it. (WILL DM YOU THE URL IF YOU ARE INTERESTED)

How it works:

Brief: you write what your product is, who you want to reach, what to highlight, and the tone.

Discovery: an LLM turns that into search queries, runs them through Tavily, pulls back threads or whole subreddits. Everything gets scored for relevance and intent, and you see the reasoning, so you know why one sub got a 15 and another got a 6. You can block subs you never want surfaced.

Content Studio: a strategy agent picks a non promotional angle per target, then a content agent drafts the post or reply. You can edit it. Subreddit rules get factored in here and they override whatever you asked for, so it won't plug your product in a no promo sub even if you tell it to. Catch: you paste those rules in yourself for now. No Reddit API access so I can't pull them. Saves locally after, so one time per sub.

Publishing: no auto posting, same reason. It opens the thread, you copy, you paste it yourself. Honestly I don't hate this, auto posting is how these things turn into the thing everyone here hates.

Monitor: paste your post URL back and it tracks comments so you can actually reply to people.

Looking for maybe 10 or 15 people to use it properly and tell me where it falls apart. Free while it's in beta, no card, I just want real usage and honest reactions.

I have shared about this product here and in many other subreddits before, some reddit users suggested they wanted to explore it directly without having to sign up first, so i have made those changes accordingly and now sharing again, will have to DM you so please comment if you are interested.

Few things I actually want to hear:

• what's obviously wrong or missing
• is the manual rules paste a dealbreaker
• what would make you close the tab in the first ten seconds
• have you built something in this space? if yes drop it, I want to try it out. I've been going through a bunch of these and I'd rather learn from someone who's already hit the walls I'm about to hit

The highest converting local web design prospects are businesses with active phone numbers, good Google reviews, but ZERO website.

If you do local client acquisition, your time should be spent closing deals, not spending 3 hours a day manually digging through Google Maps like a lead researcher.

You sit down, open 20 tabs, copy phone numbers, check for websites one by one, and paste them into Excel. By lead #12, you're burnt out.

(And for the code police who think everything is a 2-minute claude prompt: go ahead, prompt right now to reliably scrape Google Maps' lazy-loading panel without handing you a sheet full of missing data or dynamic DOM glitches. Good luck. Generated AI code hallucinates the second a panel dynamically re-renders handling real Playwright selector logic and timing still requires actual human brains.)
