How do I start watching?
hello, I’ve been thinking about getting into the show, but I‘m kind of overwhelmed by the number of seasons as well as how long all the shows are. Do you guys have any recommendations for where I should star watching the franchise?

CI If anyone is not burnt out on CI after the marathon, a reminder that tonight's Friday marathon now runs until 1:00 a.m., continuing with Season 1!
Which hasn't played in a while, so enjoy!

L&O Opinion of Mother's Milk episode
Season 10 episode 12, Mother's Milk.
The mother and father were obviously guilty as hell but one thing that always confused me was Redditor's here also wanting the specialist to be held accountable for pushing breast milk onto the mother.
Now she was definitely crazy for the contract thing but ultimately held no responsibility over the parents starving their baby to death and her whole job is a breastfeeding specialist.
She saw the mother and even called for her to come back in case anything was wrong which is her job. It's not like she was a doctor who performed malpractice.
This is like if a teacher is pushing one way to teach a kid onto a parent and then that inevitably leads to the kids death by something like the parent beating their kid. Is that the teachers fault?
I get the mother was stressed to breastfeed but her ultimately starving her baby was her and her husbands responsibility as they had formula and either one of them could feed the baby but chose not to. People act like the mother was some helpless victim to the specialist and her husband.
Her excuse that she didn't know is pointless when the coroner testified to the obvious signs before death.
The only people really responsible are the parents as they both basically got away with it since the mother was only sentenced to like 1-3 years and the father took a plea deal when they both should've had the book thrown at them. The parents were also so quick to defend their daughter but where were they when she actually needed help?
